Note 1: (Applicable for all parts/items) : The biidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum/amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Cleaning and removing of all scales and dirts etc. from PVC water storage tank, and from mouth of circulating pipes etc. including using 50gm of bleaching powder per tank and reconnecting in same position capacity of tank 500 litres each and marked on tank with black synthetic enamel over white base paint as " Date of tank cleaning (DTC________" in stensil writing complete in all respect as specified and directed. NOTE:-The printed complaint book for this will be provided by the contractor, the rates for these are deemed to include in the quoted rates)

Supply and fixed 6 mm thick Asbestos Cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. and fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts etc. including dismantling and taking down Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Fixing only 6 mm thick Asbestos Cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, walls etc. and fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts etc. including dismantling and taking down Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs 4mm thick Asbestos Cement plain building boards for ceiling in flat or sloping fixed to timber framework with screws etc. including preparation of new asbestos surfaces of ceiling and apply two coats of white wash complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed 2nd class hard wood plain fillets, with sectional area exc. 6Sqcm but not exc. 13Sqcm in square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, secured with nails or beads etc. complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F for coloured rubber moulded, glazed pre coated chequered cement concrete tiles of any shape and size, 20-25mm thick with grey cement with pigment,; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with pigment in floors including over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and dismantalling of existing tiling with screed bedding complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed for glazed ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) in vertical surface, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.16 sqm, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the tile colour over 15mm thick rendering in cement sand mortar 1:4 including dismantalling of existing tiles with screed bed/plastering complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed for ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.08 sqm but not exc 0.16 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the tile colour over 15mm thick screed bedding in cement sand mortar (1:6) including dismantalling of existing tiles with screed bed/plastering complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5 mm crushed and graded stoone aggregate) in flooring and finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including dismanatlling of existing PCC floor complete in all respect as specified and directed.

NOTE:-Minimun two plumbers alongwith with two helpers with necessary tool and plant shall be provided by contractor per day to attend the complaint, and the complaint for the attended qtr is valid for two months, if complaint re-registred the same will be carried out without any extra cost to the deapartment , the printed complaint book duly serially numbered for this will be provided by the contractor, if complaints are registered more, the man power will be increased by the contractor, the rates for these are deemed to include in the quoted rates.Failure to complete the job within 24 hrs, penality of Rs 200 per day per complaint will be recovered from the contractor till the date of completion)

Failure to complete the job within 24 hrs, penality of Rs 200 per day per complaint will be recovered from the contractor till the date of completion)
