Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make in all colours & shade in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand), including grouting the joint with white cement &matching pigments etc. complete. Providing and laying rectified antiskid Glazed Ceramic floor tiles 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours White, Ivory, Rey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement : 4 Coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and painting with synthgetic enamal paint after applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.

Providing and fixing wall pannelling using with 7.5 mm thick PVC wooden grains panel board of approved quality over G.I coated steel squre tubes frame work with necessary screws etc complete ( steel fabrication frame work shall be paid separately

Electricians for re-arranging the electrical fitting necessary rewirings at pannelling portion etc

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete.10 litre capacity - coloured

Suplying and fixing Coloured (other than black & white) solid plastic seat with lid

White washing with plastic emolsion paint white two coats to the under dide of slabs including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges, hire charges for scaffolding, curing etc. complete.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: 2 or more coats after scrapiing and cleaning the old surface

Varnishing with varnish of approved brand and manufacture: Two or more coats of glue sizing with copal varnish over an under coat of flatting varnish after scraping and cleaning
