Supply & laying APP based modified water proofing polymeric membrane, reinforced with nonwoven polyster fabric matt (weight not less than 150 gms/sqm) of minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weighing not less than 3 Kg/Sqm, laid over bituminous primer on 15mm thick plastered surfaces layer in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound (WPC)@3% by weight of cement laid on concrete surface roof/parapet, over lap of minimum 75mm on longitudinal direction and 100mm on the transverse direction by thermofused torch flame application method and top surfaces to be treated with non reflective bituminous aluminium paint @0.15 Kg/Sqm all as per manufacturers instructions as complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing powder coating (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium windows and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, powder coating aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 No), suitable handle (1 No) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing Sheet glass 4mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or fixed with beads in squares n. exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 500 ltrs but n.exc 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing any colour rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks triple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in postion 1000 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 20mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and fly complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule of complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down GI Water Tubing 20mm dia (bore) including Connections and Fittings, segregating serviceable pipe and stacking properly at site(s) for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fixing GI water tubing of 15mm dia, medium grade conforming to IS -1239 (Part I) including all fittings such as bends, Tees, short pieces, connectors, elbows, reducers, union sockets etc and fixed to walls , ceilings and laid on floor complete all as specified and directed.

Refixing of 15mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old positions (walls, ceilings, floors etc) complete all as specified and directed (old retrieved to be re-used).

Supply & fixing in repairs 20 mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over area, n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified

Demolition of precast PCC block masnory/ brick masonary/stone / boulder masonary including all quions, arches, pillars etc built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for precast PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks, exc 10 Cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in position not otherwise speciifically provided for ( reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and disposal of unserviceable materials, debris and rubish to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing reinforced cement concrete as in slabs supported on walls, beams, columns, landings, roofs, shelves and similar items with plain faces 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus exvacated soil to a distance n.exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labout for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using of extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labout for 5mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using of extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for use and waste of form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar work not exc 200mm thick horizontal or slopping in fair finished of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for use and waste of form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floor, window cills, concrete railing, opening in concrete wall, sides of RCC slab, RCC/PCC bends in walls of similar work thickness exc 5 cm and not exc 10 cm in fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
