Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The concept drawing presentation date and time as informed in writing will be final and in no circumstances, it can be changed unless required by the department

in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

Department shall not bare any tender submission or transportation charges

The Quoted Rate will be Exclusive of GST

Joint venture is not allowed

Certificate of incorporation or company registration

The Consultancy in its name (i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26) should have achieved a minimum financial turnover of Rs.64.59 Lakhs in at least two financial years in the last five years from Consultancy Services

Certified copies of the IT Returns, Audit Report, Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, etc by a Chartered Accountant should be furnished

Bid Capacity in the prescribed format should be submitted

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The Consultancy in its name should have completed single construction supervision for Office /Residential / Commercial /Institutional framed RCC multi storied Building work for an amount of Rs 4689.00 Lakhs in the last five financial years in a government/semi-Government department as a prime consultant (i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26)
