Supplying, Installation, testing & commissioning of Cast Raisin Dry Type 1600 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, Dyn 11 vector group, copper wound, class F insulation associated B23 with winding temperature indicator/controller actuated by means of resistance temperature detector embedded in LV windings, outdoor type Transformer confirming with IP -44 protection and impedance should be, as per relevant I.S. and maximum allowable losses, as per ECBC compliance with upto date amendments, tapping for ON load operation with ON load tap changer (+10 % to -10%) with 1.25 step ratio or as per manufacturer standard practice having cable end boxes on HV side suitable for 3 x 300 sqmm XLPE cable of 11 KV grade and 2500 Ampers bus trunking arrangement/ cable on LV side with neutral brought out separately including supplying and laying of copper conductor multicore control cable from transformer to HT breaker for safety tripping, suitable M.S. Channel shall be fixed for mounting the transformer on the existing hard floor at site including supplying and grouting of suitable M.S. Channel with all accessories and confirming to IS 11171:1985 & as per specification attached complete in all respects etc as required at site (The acceptable tolerances in regard to transformer shall be, as per relevant IS Code).

Supplying & Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor armoured power cable of 11 KV(E) (sheathed grade)of following size in the existing masonry open duct/cable tray etc as required. i) 3X300 sq.mm.

Providing and fixing of 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

Providing and fixing of 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm diameter G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and laying of in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate, 40 mm nominal size).

Supplying, installing by suspension on ceiling/along the wall, testing and commissioning of following capacity Sandwich Type Rising Mains for use on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50Hz, A.C. supply with metal clad enclosure having IP-54 rating after fixing the tap off boxes and all accessories, made out of 1.6mm thickness steel sheet duly powder coated in convenient sections complete with 4 Nos. aluminum bus bars having current density of 130 Ampers/ sq. cm at nominal current rating, necessary joints, elbow joints & expansion joints and bends, fire barrier at each floor, provision of tapping at every meter, adopter box and copper flexible for joints, continuous earthing with 2 Nos. aluminum strip of suitable size (one on each side) including G.I. clamping brackets, suspenders, angle iron bracket, steel fasteners, connecting to earthing system etc. as required:- a) Sandwich Type 800 Ampers, Isc = 50 kA for 1 second

Supplying, installing, connecting to existing Sandwitch Type bus trunking/ rising mains, testing and commissioning of following capacity End Feed Unit for use on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, 50Hz, A.C. supply made out of 1.6mm thickness steel sheet enclosure duly powder coated with provision of MCCB/ACB (but without MCCB/ACB) complete with necessary joints including clamping brackets, angle iron bracket, steel fasteners, connecting to earthing system etc. as required a) 800 ampers 50KA SC for 1 second

Supplying, installing, connecting to existing Sandwitch Type bus trunking/ rising mains, testing and commissioning of following capacity Plug In/ Tap Off Box for use on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, 50Hz, A.C. supply with 1.6mm thickness steel sheet enclosure duly powder coated with provision of MCCB (but without MCCB) complete etc. as required a) 400 Ampers, Isc = 50 kA for 1 second

Supplying installation testing & commission / of following switchgear in the existing end feed unit / tap off box / cubical panel board including connection Interconnections etc complete as required. a) 800 Ampers, 50 KA breaking capacity, TP&N MCCB (Icu = 100% Ics) with thermal magnetic releases

b) 400 Ampers,50 kA breaking capacity, TP&N MCCB (Icu = 100% Ics) with thermal magnetic releases

c) 250 Ampers, 35 kA breaking capacity, TPMCCB (Icu = 100% Ics) with thermal magnetic releases

d) 100 Ampers. 25 kA breaking capacity, TP MCCB (Icu = 100% Ics) with thermal magnetic releases

Supplying and making of end termination with aluminum lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required: a) 3½ X 300 sq. mm (70 mm)

b) 3½ X 120 sq. mm (45 mm)

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 11KV grade as required.

Supplying & Fixing of 400 Ampers Four Pole , 50 Hz , 415 Volts Automatic Transfer Switch withsheet steel enclosure including making connections, testing etc. complete as required.

Less Credit for the existing old and wornout following material including dismantling and disconnections of the same under buy back arrangement etc. complete as required (The intending tenderers are requested to visit the site to assess the value of items under buy back arrangement). a) 1500 KVA capacity Oil Type Transformer

b) Rising Main with its accessories as EFU, Tap off Box etc.

c) 800/400/250/100 Ampers MCCB's
