DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

M&L for installation , commissioning & testing of high galvanised high mast light of height 15 Mtr suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 part 3, having only one longitudinal seam weld per section and no circumferential weld suitable for 6 to 9 lantern symmetrically fitted along with their control gear and should have accessories including head frame having two point suspension system with stainless steel wire rope of 6 mm dia 97/19 guage and double drum winch with lighting finial luminaire mounting arm, pulley assembly , & integral power tool for raising and lowering operation of High Mast light ,aviation obstruction light LED type with light and wiring circuits , lightening arrestor spikes, junction box for TPN connection of cable including RCC foundation as per manufacturer drawing & recommendation with heavy duty nut & bolts as per height all as specified and as directed.

Supply ,fixing ,commisioning and testing of LT feeder Panel outdoor type of size as recommended by manufacturer, CPRI certified factory made cubical type weather and vermin proof fixed and including ventilation and louvers arrangement and PCC arrangement PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mmgraded stone aggregrate as in foundation of required/suitable size and as directed at site with angle iron frame of size 40X40X5 mm 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts 50 Hz fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet including two coats of synthetic enemeled paint over a coat of red oxide primer and keeping adequate working space inside the box and double door handle includng locking arrangement as directed before manufacturing the panel . The drawing of the feeder pillar box will be approved by Engr-in-Charge and the same having following electric controls: Incoming: (i) Insulated epoxy coated high cunductivity aluminium bus bar 200 amps. (ii) MCCB 63 Amps 4 pole 415 volts 50 Hz 16 KA - 01 Nos (iii) Digital Voltmeter -01 , Digital Ampmeter-01, Indicating Lamp RYB- 01 set Outgoing: (i) MCB 40 Amps TPN 415 volts 50 Hz 10 KA - 02 Nos (ii) Timer switch astronomical type with suitable contactors & protection switches- 01

Supply and fixing LED flood light 200 Watt 230 Vols AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP 66 protection with heat resistance & corrosion resistance die cast aluminium compact with surface mounting Diode (SMD) LED complete with driver equipped with additional external surge protection Device (SPD) for 10 KV surge protection toughened glass complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing powder coated pressure die cast aluminium compact LED street light fitting pole mounting typeof capacity 45 Watt 240 volts 50 Hz supply, heat resistance toughened glass with lens, & surface mounting Diode (SMD) LED & driver and surge protection 5 KV with inbuilt SPD 10 KV surge complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium copper conductor , 1100 volts grade of size 4 core 16 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised or steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically ( to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to strip 32x 6 mm size with nuts, bolts , check nuts , washers, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around, top & bottom watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel and wiremesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR -1991 Part I and connecting to arthing test point,main switch board and testing on completion including PCC chamber concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover 75mm thick with MS TMT bar 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c both ways in cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 all asshown in electrical plate in No 5 of SSR(Pt-I)1991 complete all as specified and dirfected by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and erection, in truly vertical position, LT Steel tublar swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolt , nut and screwed type 410 SP 31 09 mtrs long Class -10 including painting of poles with two coats of synthatic enamel paint in black and white strips upto 1.5 mtr height from coping over a coat of red oxide primer including numbering of poles as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : PCC, Earth work and MS work as cross arms clamps etc will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only cable twin core PVC insulated and unsheathed solid aluminium conductor of size 2.50 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing street light bracket made out of 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade of length upto 1.5 mtr bent to shape required with and including 2 Nos, 40 x 5 mm MS flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts, washer etc and applying one coat of aluminium paint to clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix loop-in loop-out box of size 20x20x15cm made of 1.6mm thick PVC sheet weather proof, dust and vermin proof with hinged door of locking arrangements and slanting cover on top with provision of aluminium busbar of size 25 x 2mm - 4 No fixed on insulator and one MCB of capacity 6 Amps complete fixed on pole with and including suitable size MS flat iron clamps, nuts, bolts and washers, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L local sand dry, filling in trenches around under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing of new sub class 'B' bricks, old size, well burnt laid flat dry for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting of floor/wall/road/footpath for fixing/laying of LT U/G cable of any size/description and making good the same as per existing specification after relaying the same or new cable and all as specified & directed.

S & F GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for cable protection, fixed to pole/ alongwall/ floor/ under road/ across the drain or nallaha etc complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2,using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation of stays and coping of poles including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces including broken of existing PCC all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation for electric poles and making of cable duct including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces all as specified & directed.
