If any day no complaints are there, contractor will not claim any thing on this account. On demand contractor will provide trademens and their helper on sunday/holidays also.In case of absence of any trademen on any working day ,a sum of recovery of Rs 500.00 will be initiated for each trademen per day. (ii) Contractor or his accredited representative will report daily to JE (Civil) at 5.00 PM evening for updating of complaint status. (iii) All complaint will be considered as rectified with entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge & users. (iv) Contractor or accredited representative shall be available during attending of complaints. (v) Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc, hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to G+10th storeys height of bldgs. (vi) All T&P required for attending the complaints shall be provided by the contractor without any extra. (vii) The cost of transportation (to and from) and necessary T&P / equipment and safety gear shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect"
