Establishment of closure with fencing, plantation, lantana cutting, patch sowing, grass slips and cutting (live hedge) at co. 4/D Khirdi of Samba Range of Samba Forest Division under CAMPA Addl. CA 2024-25

Fencing: Construction of B.A Barbed wire Fencing (4- strands) 10000 rft in of Samba Range , Samba Forest Division under CAMPA 2024-25. The Fencing work includes cost of material, Carriage of fencing material both mechanical and head load , loading & unloading, clearance of site, digging of pits of size 1'x1'x1'6", fixing of poles in dugout pits as per specification, stretching of B.A. Barbed wire in four strands, Painting of fence posts with enamel paint as per approved design in white, green & yellow paint and its numbering, fixing of gate and sign board including painting and writing as per specification and design approved by the Divisional Forest Officer, Samba, etc . Every 8th fence posts along straight line and every fence post at the corner be fixed in a cement concrete block of size 1'x1'x1'6" in ratio 1 cement: 3 sand: 6 stone aggregate of specified grade, Fixation of iron Sign Board of MS sheet 3'x5' embedded into 02 nos vertical irom angle with 08' length including painting, writing carriage upto site of closure and fixation in Cement concrete block and fixing of gate/staris of iron angle as per design for crossing.

Planting of Polybag saplings : Planting of Polybag Plants in Pits : Transportation of saplings from Balode Nusrsery, site clearance, digging of pits of 45cmx 45cmx 45cm including excavation of soil and planting of saplings/seedlings in the pits, refilling with clean surface soil after planting with provision for water harvesting structure and maintenance for period of one month including all carriage upto site of closure, loading, unloading.

Lantana Clearance Cutting, grubbing and removal of Lantana : The rates includes cutting, grubbing and removal of lantana in a year during the active growith period of the weed. This activity should not be resorted to unless the area is simultaneously being platned. Simple removal of weeds without providing thick coverby artificial plantation will not serve the purpose. 50% of amount may be charged for the second cutting if required in same place in the same year.

Cutting (Live hedge)The rate includes the cost of cutting ( live hedge), carriage chagres upto site and planting charges).

Grass Slips : Planting of Grass slip of required spp. in patches including procurement and carriage of grass slips.

Patch Sowing : Patch Sowing of required spp. in patches of size 45cm x 45cm x 15cm including cost, carriage of seeds and labour charges.
