Providing and laying in position 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. (a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to all level in all shapes and sizes in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.
