Fault attending and Repairing of Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVRs) at various Telephone Exchanges and Mobile BTS sites under Balasore BA for the FY 2026-27(Sw-Different Sites at TE BTS under Balasore and Baripada SSA)

Making conveyance arrangements for AVR technicians along with spare parts, tools and instruments etc. for attending the AVR faults at different Telephone Exchange / Mobile BTS sites on need basis etc. as required.

Distance above 25 Kms and up to 100 Kms from Dhenkanal

Distance above 100 Kms and up to 200 Kms from Dhenkanal

Attending breakdown faults, physical Inspection of the Servo motor operated Automatic Voltage Regulators (AVR) ( 15 to 100 KVA) , checking the electrical connections, tightening if required, , testing and recording the input and out put voltages, detecting the faults, assessing the list of materials required for repairing, rectification of minor faults and restoration in case of minor faults etc as reqd. (Materials are not included in this item)

Opening of the top/side/front/back covers of the AVR (15-100KVA), cleaning with air blower (For air cooled AVR), checking the internal electrical connections, functioning of control cards, Variacs, Buck and Boost Transsformer, Servo motors and carbon contacts, replacement of limit switches, toggle switches, meters, indicators, RC networks, MCBs, Bypass switches, burntout wires/cables, carbon contacts etc., complete as required. (materials are not included in this item)

Replacement of the faulty/burnt out.damaged spare parts of the 24/30/48/60/100/120 KVA Air/ Oil cooled AVR by new ones of the following types and ratings of approved make etc. as required.
