M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, coving, coved fillets of radious 75mm provided at junctions of roof and parapet/ vertical surfaces and like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 ( Design Mix ) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in suspended slabs supported on walls/columns, in floors, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M-25 (Design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in roof beam, cantilevers etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for water proofing treatment to existing non-accessible roof slab by applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.30 litre/sqm and confirming to IS-3384, laying APP based polystr modified membrane reinforced non wooven polyster of 3.50 kg/sqm (minimum) 3mm thick with plain polythene finished and sealing all the overlap 75mm in length side and 100mm in width side of membrane by torching including applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint over membrane and taking down existing water proofing treatment with bedding layer and land complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only, liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with old size, sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to soffit of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and simillar works not exceeding 20cm thick and rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for form work to sides and soffit of floor or roof beams, beams haunchingss, girders, brussummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including sup-ports, overhangs, etc and rough finished surfaces of concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars, 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bend to shape required and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls including stack clamp complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slab and tiles af any description or thickness in floors,aprons etc.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling of reinforced cement concrete of roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work, reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of cast iron, PVC or reinforced concrete drain pipes jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches if required for 110mm and 75mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully unserviceable copper/aluminium point wiring (Light, fan, socket or power) complete including unserviceable fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, lamp holders, brackets, except ceiling fittings, bulk head fittings, tube light fittings etc. and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wiring with and including multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked with valied CML number drawn in through and including medium grade PVC casing and capping double lock type 32mm in size, fire resistant, ISI marked including with its fittings and fixtures such as tees, bends, elbows, junction boxes, etc. including multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked with valied CML number as continuity earth wire and including pressed steel sunken concealed terminal box with 3mm thick industrial laminated sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets and fan regulators etc. complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

(a) One light/fan point controlled by one switch

(b) One multi pin 5 Amps, socket outlet on Independent board.

(c) One multi pin, 5 Amps, socket outlet on the same board controlled by another switch.
