Check Survey along with plotting of line route on village (tika)

map with Coordinates including detailed survey, preparation of

profiles and revision in original route alignment, if any and as

per instruction of EIC.

Excavation excluding back Filling, but including

shoring,shuttering,dewatering,tree cutting for tower footing

2 etc. for 66KV D/C Tower

Installation of steel reinforcement in concrete foundation

including supply of GETCO Approved MS bars, binding wire.

Work also includes their cutting, bending, shaping and binding

with binding wire and fixing in position of TMT bars as per

drawing before the concrete work and as per instruction of

EIC. for 66KV D/C Tower.

Stub Setting with prop or templet including back filling, during

back filling dispose of excess soil and levelling of site is to be

done as per instruction of EIC but excluding excavation and

4 concreting etc, for all types of towers/extensions except MT 2.5 8206

special towers. (Weight of stub, cleat & template with bolt &

nuts of stub & template shall be counted).

For 66 kV/220 kV D/C tower line up to 6 mtr. ext.

Concreting of foundation by M-20/M-15 mixture including

shoring, shuttering, compaction, dewatering etc for normal

tower / tower with extension up to 25 Mtr.After completion of

concrete work, curing (Watering to concrete) is to be done as

per instruction of EIC. (Rates are inclusive of supply of

GETCO approved Cement Only) For 66 kV/220 kV D/C tower

line up to 6 mtr. ext.

(a) M-20 mixture

Grounding of tower with pipe type earthing including excavation

and back filling with supply of all materials like 32mm dia heavy

duty 3 Mtr. Long GI pipe ,50x6mm G.I. Flat, G.I.bolt-nuts with

G.I. Spring Washers salt, Charcoal etc as per drawing and as

per Instruction of EIC.For 66 kV/220 kV D/C tower line up to

mtr. ext .

Erection of Super Structure Upto 6 Meter extension including

tree cutting, fixing of tower accessories, attachments except

ACD/ DP/ NP/ CIP/ PP and excluding tack welding of bolts as

per instruction of EIC.This includes taking delivery of tower

materials and bolt-nuts from GETCO's stores etc. for normal,

extension & special towers at destination and keeping them in

safe custody and transporting the same to erection site. For

kV/220 kV D/C tower line up to 6 mtr. ext.

Fixing of Anti climbing devices including supply of barbed wire

9 as per drawing and as per instruction of EIC. Loc 2 2596

(a) 66KV towers.

Fixing of DP/ NP/ PP/ CIP including supply of plates and

supply of GI bolts- nuts & tack welding as per drawing and as

per instruction of EIC.

Tack welding of nuts up to Approx 10 Mtrs height or two

bottom- most panel from ground level at three places on the

12 nuts diametrically and applying zinc rich paint immediately Per Bolt 1200 15.00

after tack welding and as per instruction of EIC.

Stringing of ACSR/AAAC 3(Three) conductor for Single circuit

including laying, jointing, tensioning, clamping with armour rod,

hoisting of insulator string, fixing of jumpers, dampers etc.with Route

required tree cutting on entire length for adequate clearances / Km.

safe charging of line as per instruction of EIC.For Dog

Dismantling of Conductors and line materials of Existing Line

including transportation and crediting to nearest GETCO' Store Route

or Substation as per instruction of Engineer in-charge. (A) Cold Km.

Condition foe DOG

Dismantling of ‘A’ & ‘B’ type ‘H’ frame structure by breaking of

muffing upto 450 mm depth from ground level and cutting the

16 girders from 450 mm depth from ground level by gas cutting & Loc. 4 7656

crediting the material to GETCO's Store or Substation Including

Transportation as per instructed by Engineer in-charge.

Erection of "H" frame structure with channels, bracings, clamps

etc for "A" & "B"type location including excavation in Normal/

black cotton soil (Dry/ Wet/ Submerged) and back filling of

earth, ramming and with supply of bolts, nuts and painting of

the complete structure including required tree cutting. Before

17 erection, one coat of good quality primer must be applied to the No. 5 11771

completed structure & black Japan paint of standard make

should be applied up to 3 Mtr from bottom. After erection, two

coats of Aluminum paint of Asian/ Berger/ Nerolac make shall

be applied to the complete structure.

Grounding of above "H" frame/ Single Pole structure with pipe

type earthing as per drawing including excavation by auguring

& back filling & supply of all materials like 32mm dia medium

18 duty 3 Mtr. Long GI pipe & G.I. Flat of 50x6mm size including Set 5 5084

supply of bolt nults, salt, coal, charcoal etc as per drawing and

as per Instruction of EIC

Erection of stay set complete Including excavation with stay

19 clamps, turn buckle. eye bolt, anchor rod and binding with 7/8 Set. 18 802

or 7/10 SWG Earth wire as per Instruction of EIC.

Concreting of foundation for all the Structures with M-15 mix.

For stay set with supply of material like cement of 43 grade,

sand, mettle etc.with muffing (400mm Dia X 300 mm Ht.)above

20 ground level for al structure. After Completion of Concrete Cu.M. 20 10306

Work, watering to Concrete is to be done as per Instruction of

EIC.Rates Inclusive of Supply of GETCO Approved Cement

Tack welding of nuts at three places on the nuts diametrically

fixed to "A", "B" and "C" Type structures and applying red oxide
