Earthwork in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation,drains, pipes,cables etc(Not exceeding 1.5 mt in width)and for shafts,wells cesspits and the like Not exceeding 10Sqm on plan depth up to 1.5mt including disposal of excavated earth up to 1 mt from cutting edge disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. All kinds of soils .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- all works upto plinth level 1:5:10 (1 cement 5 coarse sand 10 graded stone agg. 40 mm Nominal size) crushed

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- all works upto plinth level 1:3:6(1 cement 3 coarse sand 6 graded stone agg. 20 mm Nominal size) crushed

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering. shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All work upto plinth level 1.1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm Nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (Non modular) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth cement mortor 1:6 (1 cement 6 coarse sand and extra for brick work in super structure above plinth level up floor 5 level (by manual means)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specofied grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, M-20(1:1.5:3) grade, with 20mm Nominal size of crushed stone aggregates.

Reinforcement of R.C.C work in slab, beams, lintel band, sunshades including cutting, bending,placing in position and binding and complete.

Centring and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of fo Rmt work for foundation , footings , basis of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Suspended floors, roofs , landings , balconies and access platfoRmt.

Lintel, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers.
