OD250486/2024-2025:Fabrication, Supply and Erection of 11 KV 2 pole structure as per standards made out of ISMB 175x85mm joist of 10mtrs. Length and cross members of ISMC 100x50mm MS channels and fitted with following equipments '0' SWG solid copper conductors shall be used for all jumber connections from suppliers AB switch to transformer through various equipments. the post has to be fixed 1.6M below ground level using 1:3:6 coment concrete as per standard , 300x300x6mm MS plate shall be welded to all poles as base plate. including fixing suitable bolts and nuts etc. complete and the pole structure consist the following:- 11 KV 400A 3pole 3 insulater type Gang operated AB switch with operating rod and handle with pad lock arrangement - 1 sets. 11KV 30/60A 3pole DO fuse with element - 1 sets. 9KV 5KA lighting arrestor - 1 Sets. 11KV disc type insulator with all hardwares - as required 11KV pin type insulator - 3 Nos.nd inter connections of the above items using 8mm dia solid copper conductor with proper copper sockets , including all associated civil works and painting of all structurers with two coats of zinchromate primer and aluminium paint etc. complete including earthing, as per standard construction practices approved by Kerala Electrical Inspectorate and relevant standards
