Complete dismantling of single stage horizontal pump by way of disconnecting all leads from the motor and marking the terminals, uncoupling of motor from the pump. Disassembling, dismantling and segregation of various pump parts such as shaft and sleeves, impeller, gland, fasteners, etc.

Complete assembling of single stage horizontal pump after cleaning of all parts throughly with petrol, coupling and alignment with motor, connecting of motor leads and testing on full load.

Mechanical transportation, loading, unloading and handling of pump using appropriate means of transport through a lead of approximately 35 kilometer.

Providing and fitting of ball bearing no. 6309 reputed make along with proper and adequate lubrication.

Rebuilding of pump damaged SS shaft by way of welding works at excessively worn out places and rebuilding of bearing seats as per requirement and turning and finishing on lathe machine (05 spot) to restore original dimensions and profile of shaft.

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of collar type SS sleeve as per sample having finished weight of approximately 1.9 kg

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of GM cooling ring as per sample having finished weight of approximately 0.3kg

Manufacturing, providing and fitting of SS check nuts as per sample.

Repairs to the damaged SS shaft end by way of rebuilding using SS electrodes and then turning shaft on lathe machine to remove excess material deposited including threading/collar building/facing jobs as per requirement to restore desired profile and dimensions of shaft (02 spots)

Removing of broken/damaged studs/bolts from pump body, boring and tapping along with fasteners of suitable size. Providing and fitting of palmetto packing, nuts and bolts of assorted sizes.

Repairs/periodic maintenance of 250 mm foot valve installed on suction line at LIS Nutnussa old by way of extraction of footvalve from their installed position by means of cutting damaged/ rusted/ worn-out bolts The job includes reconditioning of hinges, hinge bolts, weight plate, valve seat, valve body by way of welding, patching, grinding etc. Providing and fitting of rubber insertion cloth replacing the rusted/damaged parts, nuts, bolts, hinges etc. as per requirement, cutting the old damaged/rusted MS bars of strainer and providing and fitting of new MS bars. Re-fitting to suction line and testing on full load. The job includes to and fro carriage charges from site to workshop through a lead of approx. 50 km in mechanical transport.

Repairs to the worn-out pipe/ Damaged 150 mm dia MS rising main segment at Waskura by way of earth excavation by manual labour to expose damaged pipe, extraction of damaged pipe by way of cutting damaged rusted bolts at flanged using oxyacetylene gas cutter at site. Cutting of damaged pipe/completely worn-out pipe segment approx. 05 feet long, replacing of same by new pipe segment of 150mm dia 4mm thick having approx. weight of about 24 kg by way of cutting/welding works including providing and fitting of nuts and bolts. The pipe shall be fitted to MS back to MS rising main using skilled welder and includes all cutting/ modification/ welding works at site for pipe proper fitting/alignment of repaired pipe which requires precision and skilled craftsmanship. Testing of rising main on full loads and refilling of excavated trench. The above job includes cost on account of charges for hiring of Tata mobile, welding set, DG set, oxyacetylene gas cutter, manual labour, head load charges, unforeseen items and all tools and tackles required for completion of job which at site. The job includes providing and fitting of 150 mm dia rubber washers (10 no) and nut bolts (05 kg), palmative packing (01 kg)

Arresting of leakages to the 150 mm dia mild steel rising main at different underground spots by way of earth excavating around major leaking spots using manual labour to identify and facilitate welding around damaged spot by way of cutting, welding and plugging using 4mm thick MS strips with superior quality welding electrodes at site as per requirement. The job includes mobilising of men and machinery to various spots in orchards, difficult spots along rising main to carry out repair work. The above job includes cost on account of charges for hiring of Tata mobile, welding set, DG set, oxyacetylene gas cutter, manual labour, head load charges, unforeseen items and all tools and tackles required for completion of job which at site.
