Excavation in foundation, trenches etcetera in earth work involving all classification of soil such as pick work, pick jumper work, blasting work, soft or hard rocks including chiseling/wedging out of rocks where blasting work is prohibited or any other mixed variety of intermediate soil, dewatering and removal of slush if arrisen during course of construction and lifts upto all heights including stacking the excavated soil not more than three meters clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm (fifteen centimeters) thick layers when required into plinths, sides of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavation earth within all leads,lifts by any mode of transportation and other incidental, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the private and public property during course of construction shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor. Rate inclusive royalty, malkana, toll tax, GST and other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( one cement isto three sand isto six graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Rate inclusive toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and laying cement concrete work M-20 design mix to obtain the minimum compresive strength 20N/mm2 (20 newton per square millimeter) and minimum cement content not less than 320 kg/cubic meter and curing complete and mechanically mixed and vibrated as per approved specification, drawing and design, excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floor roofs, landing and shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girder, bressumers and cantiliver upto any floor level. The rates are inclusive cost and carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.Rate inclusive toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (sixty millimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet (IS marked Z-120) of TATA Durashine/ sail over steel trussed in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating of back coat of polyster of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks,bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametres with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per specification, drawing and design including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Rate is inclusive of sale tax, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Providing and fixing pre-painted steel sheet ridge or hips of TATA Durashine/ Sail 60cm (sixty centimetre) over all with 0.60mm (zero decimal six zero millimetre) thick prepainted sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regulat modified polyster organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating + back coating of polyster of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six millimetre) dia prepainted bitumen washers complete in all respect as per approved specifications, drawing and design including cost and carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Rate is inclusive of sale tax, toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Steel work welded in built up sections of Tata/Sail/Jindal composed in beams, joists, channels, angles, tees flats with connecting plates or angles, cleats as in trusses and trussed purlins, main and cross beams, hips, jack rafters, purlins connect to common rafter and like work including cutting hoisting fixing in position & applying a priming coat of red lead paint complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge. Rate inclusive toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the government.

Steel work welded in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing and launching in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in gratings framed guard bars ladders, railings, brackets and similar works including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing vitreous china European type W.C. of star sr. No 20087 (S-50) of size 57x35x39 cm (fifty seven into thirty five into thirty nine centimeter) wash down water closet hindware/jaguar/cera of star white/ snow white including jet pressure integral P or S trap including jointing the trap with soil pipe in fixture ( seat cover/ jet pressure to be paid sepertely) including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing M.S. B.P. sheet 2 mm (two millimetre) thick of TATA/SAIL for eaves board/Facia/Soffit/Ceiling including cutting, fixing and jointing with gass/electric welding with steel roof member and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per PWD specification, approved drawing and design (frame work is to be measured and paid for separately) including cost and carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
