INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply & Fixing ceiling fan 1200 mm sweep complete with blade, canopy and down rod and connecting up to and including provision of flexible three core copper conductor cable 23/0.0076 from ceiling rose to connector block.

S&F Exhust fan metallic type 300 mm sweep 240 V AC single phase complete with aluminum louvers and shutters of any sweep including provision of flexible three core copper conductor cable of 23/ 0.0076 up to ceiling rose and grouting 04 Nos full threaded bolts and nuts etc all as specified and directed.

S & F LED batten single tube 1x 20 W (4 feet long) 230V, 5700 K Rated CCT energy efficient with lumen efficiency not less than 110 lumen/watt, pf 0.8 IP20 complete with tube & all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size all as directed by EIC.

S & F LED batten single tube 1x 10 W (2 feet long) 230V, 5700 K Rated CCT energy efficient with lumen efficiency not less than 110 lumen/watt, pf 0.8 IP20 complete with tube & all accessories internally pre wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size all as directed by EIC.

S&F LED Building Security light luminaire led 15 W 5700K Rated CCT energy efficient with lumen efficiency not less than 110 lumen/watt, pf 0.8 IP45 with aesthetically designed sheet aluminium housing and UV stabilised acrylic cover complete with lamp and internal connection including bracket made of 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade fixed with MS Clamp of suitable size grouted on wall with suitable nos of screws complete all as specified & directed by EIC. Taking down MCB DB with MCB any type and capacity as directed by EIC

Taking down sub main wiring any type and any capacity all as directed by EIC

Taking down Fan, sealing cable end, dismantling bladesand removing fan and blades and deposited to E/M store. Complete all as specified and as directed EIC.

Taking down electric energy meter of any capacity and deposited to E/M store complete all as specified and as directed by Engr - in - charge

Taking down/out LT UG cable 10 to 400 Sqmm 2 to 3.5 core

Dismantling LT PCC pole of 9 mtr long

Dismantling 1x36/4x14 watt street light fitting

Taking down service cable including hanging insulator

M & L MCCB TPN 415 volts 100 Amps, 25 KA, with adjustable thermal and magnetic vertical type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix microprocessor based single phase electronic temper proof energy meter of rating 10 to 60 Amp with optical communication port, conforming to IS:13779 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix water heater storage type, electric capacity 25 liters BEE 5 star rated including connection complete all as specified and directed.

ROAD/PATH/HARDSTANDING

Material and labour for 150mm thick GSB grade V as per MORTH specification, surface formed, watered and rammed, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient by using earth compactor (power roller) 8 -15 tonne or compaction methodology recommended by soil agency to achieve 98% of maximum dry density (MDD) at OMC determined using modified proctor density determination method as per IS code complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 200mm thick (compacted thickness) wet mix macadam (WMM) in two layers, with coarse aggregate specified in MORTH, spread, rolled and consolidated to required camber and gradient complete using mechanical paver roller of capacity 8 to 15 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

External Electric supply

M&L for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenches technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.

S & F and testing of energy efficient LED street light fittings of 72 watt pole mounting comprising a diecast aluminium housing with pre wired gear trey with minimum 72 Nos LED and total lumen output minimum 7000 and above total system wattage <110 watts PF 0.9 input voltage 122 to 277 volts at 50 to 60 Hz with life span of LED 50000 Hrs fixture should be IP 65/66 protection with toughned glass including fixing arrangement and connection by means of 3 core flexible 1.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.cat No ELS072BS01 of Elektron,Havells,CG or equivalent.

S&F FRP junction box for controlling the street light central with linked door control incl 6 amp MCB SP with aluminium busbar 100 amp capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M/&L for stone slab 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur stone slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 to 30 cm wide and not less then 50 cm in length laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over sand cushioning all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S& F Astronomical time switch of single phase of 63 Amps MCB rating with contactor rating 65/TP and NO/NC relay complete fitted inside steel enclosure complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.Make -Havells ,Model No-IHXSS0312A or equivalent.

Construction of platform for erecting electric disturbution transformer of size 2.5x2.5x2 m (1 m height above the groud level and 1 m depth below the PCC 1:2:4 type B1 100 mm thick top for platform with provision of suitable cut for incoming and outgoing cable all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay stone aggregte of size 40 mm graded layed on ground of two/four pole structure by cleaning area by surface dressing /cutting of foreign material /vegitation and filling all cavites of aggregate with lime layer etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

S & F of GI pipe 40mm light grade 1.50 mtr long , bend to shape required as in street light bracket fixed to poles /walls with suitable size MS Clamp, bolt nuts complete fixed in repairs all as specified and as directed.

M & L for precast cable route indicator made out of cement concrete 1:2:4 ,type B1 using (20 mm graded stone aggregate )having 15 cm square shape at top and 30 cm square shape at bottom and total height of 100 cm fabricated as per direction of eng in charge and grouted into PCC 1:2:4 ,type B1 as per site requirment including embossed with HT 11 KV cable and LT cable 1100V at 50 meters in synthetic enamel paint red coloured and necessery excavation and earth work in any type of strata as directed by engr in charge.

External Water supply

Supply and laying of ductile Iron Pipe , S/S including specials Class “K-7” in any length laid in trenches complete for the following sizes : -

(a). 150mm bore

(b). 100mm bore

Supply & fixing of DI fittings upto 200mm dia such as bends, tee, tail piece, collars, caps and plugs (any types) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of brick masonary valve pit of size 100cmx100cmx100cm (internal dimensions of chamber) depth to be reconed from the top of PCC in foundation to top of MS cover with MS sheet cover 3.15mm thick including frame of angle iron 40x40x6mm with locking arrangement including painting two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc including brick work in CM 1:6 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 (internal & external) and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of strata, returning, filling & disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exe 50 mtrs 150mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 for base and PCC coping 15mm thick 1:2:4 using 12mm graded aggregate including necessary form work all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge )for upto150mm dia valve)

All as per item No 45 here-in-before but of size 60cmx60cmx60cm

Internal Water Supply

Supply & Fix 15mm nominal size angle valve (ISI marked) cast copper alloy screwed down for high pressure fancy type chromium plated to match existing CP fitting complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down GI pipe of size 40/50 mm

Taking up or down steel water tubings and connections for the following sizes :-

(a). 100mm bore

(b). 80mm bore

Taking up/down CI/GI pipe of size 150 mm dia incl fittings.
