Providing and fixing 18 mm thick Rosy pink/Black Galaxy granite of approved finish( Area of Slab over 0.5 Sqm) machine cut for Toilet, kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations, of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing,moulding and polishing to edges to give good finish etc. complete at all levels as directed by Engineer in Charge

4.1.5 : Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Supplying and laying good quality red earth from approved source, spreading & compacting to fill up and level including watering and thorough consolidation to the standards and instruction of the engineer in charge.The rate Includes cost of materials conveyance, stacking charge, spreading, watering and consoldation as per the direction of Engineeer in charge

16.91.2 : Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.

Strengthening the existing wooden beams,columns etc using steel plates, angles flats etc. as per drawing, including cost and conveyance of steel plates, nuts, bolts, screw, fabricating, fixing,priming coat etc complete as directed by Engineer- in-charge.<br>

Dismantling tiled roofing with battens, boarding etc. complete including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead including additional repair charges .

Providing and laying approved make, MP tiles of 320 mm or nearest size over reeper bands (already done) to correct lines and levels including the cost, conveyance of all materials etc. including scaffolding charges complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing on ceiling factory pressed clay decorative floral tile (under mangalore tile roof) of 320mm x 200 mm x 12mm and as per approved pattern on frame work complete including scaffolding charges as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(frame work to be paid separately).

Labour charge for Laying available departmental MP hip and ridge tiles set in lime mortar (1: 1/2:8) including finishing edges using red oxide powder etc. including necessary scaffolding complete as per the instruction of engineer in charge.

Cleaning MP tiles, hip and ridge tiles by removing water weeds, fungi etc using wire brush and lime water and stacking the tiles properly as per the direction of Engineer in Charge

Labour charge for Roofing with departmentaly supplied MP roofing tiles including extra labour with raised up mughappu, false ceiling, obstructions, additional works in valleying areas etc. including necessary scaffolding complete as per the instruction of engineer in charge

Supplying and providing Premium Flex sheet (Wienerberger) on the rafters as per the standard specification by the manufacture and the direction of the department officers at site

PLUMBING

Centrifugal Monoblock Pump for Domestic Water Supply - Providing and fixing of Single Phase Centrifugal Monoblock Pump having SS Shaft, CI/Bronze Impeller and Body, Mechanical Seal. Pump should be capable to deliver 4.75 lps @ 16mtr head, Head range 10 to 22mtrs (6 lps to 2.5 lps), Three Phase.
