Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of UG cable and getting out in hard and dense type of soil complete all as specified and directed . Note :Rates for demoition /excavation in PCC flooring shall be deemed included in quoted rates .No extra shall be paid to the contractor.

Returning filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard and dense type complete all as specified and directed .

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode , 600 x600 x 6mm thick burried directly in the ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level)with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron wire 4mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers of GI up to test point , GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade protection pipe , GI watering pipe 20mm bore light grade with funnel and wire mesh , charcoal ,salt and precast PCC 1:2:4 (Nominal mix ) reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4 kg /sqm including suitable handle of 6mm dia MS bar and angle iron 40x40x3mm frame for cover including earth work in any type of soil , removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and connecting , testing on completion all as shown on electric plate No 03 of SSR -2009 Part I complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work is deemed to be included in the rates quoted).

Plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (in earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with the top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level, the earth electrode surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and including GI strip 32x6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth (Plate) electrode at one end and connected to main switch board /panel/ test point at the other including watering GI pipe (medium grade) 20 mm bore from bottom of earth pit to top of electrode and 40 mm GI pipe light grade for earth strip protection complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, RCC cover, funnel, wire mesh including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out broken /rusted strip of any size and type and supply and fixing Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in gound complete all as specified and directed . Note :(a) Excavation and returing filling shall be paid in separate item. (b) Necessary saddles and nails required for fixing the strip on wall shall be deemed including in item rates.

Taking out broken /rusted strip of any size and type and supply and fixing aluminium strip 25 x 3.15 mm with saddles and fixing screws for roof conductors and down conductors above ground complete all as specfied and directed .

Taking out the broken and unservicable air termination rod of any type and size and supply and fixing air termination single pointed copper rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Test point terminal block made of gun metal of phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Cross arms bracing supports clamps, back plates fabricated from steel section incuding nuts,bolts and washers welding,drilling hole complete with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out rusted and broken pipe of any size and bore and material and labour for GI tubing light grade of size 40mm dia complete all as spcified and directed.

PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in mass concrete in foundations for copings of lightning conductor pipe etc complete all as specified and directed .

Sheet metal enclosures distribution boards, double door ,VTPN, 415 volts 4 ways (one incoming three phase & twelve out goings single phase )for MCCB & MCB,s comprising three phase four wire copper strip bus bar of appropriate capacity complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following a) MCCB FOUR POLE 100 AMPS AC 415 VOLTS 25 KA=01 No (for incoming ) (b) MCB SP 06- 40 amps = 12 Nos (for outgoings) . ( Note :- (i)The DB shall be VTPN series of Make : Schneider or technocommerically equivalent make of L&T/ ABB/legrand . (ii) The DB shall be flush fixed and making good the disturbed surface matching with existing specifications shall be part of job at no extra cost.(iii) Brick work and plastering required for flush the VTPN shall be deemed included in quoted rates (iv)connection of the MCCBs/ MCBs with cable shall be made through appropriate size pin /bottle type thimble properly crimped.(v) All the vacant holes of the DB shall be provided with blank plates of appropriate size. (vi) Double continuous earth wire shall be provided for each three phase DB from earthing mains dolly. (vii) Cutting chasing shall be part of job at no extra cost .

Note:- The contract sum arrived after deduction of amount of Sch of credit as listed in tender Documents.
