WORK OF REPLACEMENT OF 40 MVA 132/33 KV T/F BY 63 MVA T/F AT 132 KV S/S BACHHRAUN UNDER ETD-AMROHA. Note(1) MS Rod, Flat and equipment will be provided by department. (2) All labour, T&P, Spl. T&P, centrifuging M/C etc. will be arranged by contractor.

Dismantling of 40 MVA T/F IMP make by opening of Jumpers/Earthing Marshaling box, RTCC etc. along with draining of required quantity of oil from Transformer at 132 KV S/S Bachhraun.

Packing of HV/LV/Neutral bushing of 40 MVA 132/33 KV T/F in 63 MVA empty carets.

Shifting of 40 MVA T/F from plinth up to 20 Mtrs Distance including turning to tank if required. Including all T&P and work required to complete the job satisfactorily.

Additional shifting of 40 MVA T/F 05 Meters or part there of including turning if any

Replacement of 33 KV CT of ratio 800/400/-1-1A by 1200/1600/-1-1A CT as per instruction manual of equipment’s and technical specifications including shifting of material/equipment from store to site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily including cabling work.

Complete erection of 63 MVA T/F by erection of radiators, conservator tank, all bushing, their turrets connecting all pipe line, cooling fans, motor driver mechanism of tap changer, RTCC panels, oil pumps and associated oil pipe lines etc. to complete the job satisfactory including first filing of oil the topping of Transformer oil (Not circulation) in tank, radiators, oil pipe lines, conservator tank etc. and other associated works for satisfactorily completion of work. No department crane/ T & P shall be provided.

Shifting of erected 63 MVA 132/33 KV to plinth up to 20 Mtr. distance including turning to tank if required, including all T & P and work required to complete the job satisfactorily.

Additional shifting 40 Mtr. @ 5mtr Per job

Centrifuging of complete T/F oil in T/f by connecting centrifuging pipes circulating the T/F oil through centrifuging machine to be provided by the contractor and taking the BDV value(BDV Machine to be provided by contractor) of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved as per direction of supervising engineer. The work includes all the work related to centrifuging the oil and filling the oil in T/F and tank (Approx 20KL).

Opening of cable termination from RTCC, Marshaling box, DP Panel of 40 MVA T/F & connecting the cable in 63MVA to RTCC Marshaling box, DM panel after re-ferruling and redressing. (Rod & M.S. Flat will be provided by department.)

Earthing of T/F body, MB DM box OLTC, RTCC at two points using 75x10/50x6mm M.S. flat and 40 mm M.S. rod after making delta formation with 3 M long electrodes.

Jumpering of T/F from HV with single Moose/ Panther and LV side with double Zebra/Moose complete up to 33 KV main bus.

Dismantling of 33KV 800 Amp. Bus Isolator & erection of new 33KV 2000 A bus isolator.

Opening of jumper cutting of earthing strip & dismantling of 132 KV L.A complete with structure after shifting of 63 MVA T/F to re-erection of the L.A complete with all respect.
