RFP for Appointment of Comprehensive Design Services Consultant for Development of Exhibition Hall cum Convention Centre at Whitefield

Architectural firms having experience of Comprehensive Design services for Convention Centre/Exhibition Hall/Auditorium/Kalyana Mantapa/Multipurpose Hallor Multi Storied/Commercial Building or Shopping Mallsof at least 10,000 sqm built up area in last 5 years as on 31/03/2024 shall be eligible for participation. Projects which are substantially completed at site (80%) shall also be considered.Documentary evidence (Completion /Substantial Completion Certificate)duly certified by the competent authority of the client in support of this shall be required.

The Architect/Architectural Firm should have at least 10 years experience overall and a minimum of 5 years experience working on similar assignments as on 31/03/2024.

The Principal/Lead Architect/ Director of the firm should have a valid Council of Architecture license at the time of bid submission and during the entire project duration.

Applicants/Bidders eligible for participating in the Assignment should be a single Business Entity. Business Entity shall mean a company registered in India under the Companies Act 1956/2013, or anindividual/partnership firm registered under the relevant and prevailing law in India. The applicant should have a minimum annual turnover from consultancy/advisory services of Rs. 5 Crores from Indian operations in three of the last four financial years (FY20-21, FY21-22, FY22-23 and FY23-24). The certificate duly certified by Chattered Accountant to be submitted.
