Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified gradeexcluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinthlevel :

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and Constructing Solid Cement Concrete block masonry in Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) using factory made, load bearing, approved quality Cement Concrete blocks of specified size, Grade A (3.5), Density of blocks not less than 1500 kg/cum. Minimum average Compressive strength of units 3.5N/sqmm and Minimum strength of individual units 2.8N/sqmm, set to level plumb including setting in position, providing scaffolding, curing, raking out joints wherever required etc., complete with all leads and all as per specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

For 150/200 mm thick walls all work upto plinth

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone/back stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone/backstone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved s;ze, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand including necessary earth work in surface excavation cutting & filling, filling available excavated earth to required quanitity, levelling & compacting the surface to proper required grade, etc complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, fencing frames including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved epoxy steel primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint, etc complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required, applying a priming coat of approved epoxy steel primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubesetc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved epoxy steel primer and two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc complete all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge
