REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF JETTY CRANE POWER SUPPLY DSL CONNECTED SYSTEM FROM N 4 TO N 6 JETTY AT NAVAL DOCKYARD VISAKHAPATNAM UNDER GE (I) (DM) VISAKHAPATNAM

Taking out old unserviceable LT/HT UG cable of any size and any description including GI pipe of any dia and bricks for cable protection where ever appeared and all as directed by Engineer-in -charge. Note:-(i) Excavation and earth work shall bemeasured and paid separately. (ii) Serviceable cable obtained shall be stacked properly for re use.

M & L for XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts Earthed,grade cross sectional area 240 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Vertical wall mounting junction box of size (0.8x0.4x0.8m), including 3ph and neutral 800 amps 415 volt capacity copper busbar Singal door, metal enclosure, including dismantling taking down unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

S&F Vertical MCB distribution board, including 4 pole MCCB, 50 KA, 630 amps, incomer, IP 43 protection, Double door, metal enclosure, TPN, 415 Volts, 4 way including dismantling taking down unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Cable jointing kit for 1100 (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 240 sqmm incl dismantling / taking down unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix High amperage Heavy duty industrial alloy material rounded cage copper tin coated strings plug & socket 500 Volts,600 amps on jetty with 01 m x 01 m angle iron frame of size 75x75x6 including fixing arrengement & FOSROC chemical PCC coping on jetty including dismantling taking down unserviceable one all as specified and directed.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 32 x 6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical Plate No. 2, connected to the earthing test point, concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 with RCC precast pit cover slab 80mm thick with handle for lifting made out of 8mm dia MS rod, Funnel with watering pipe, wiremesh, charcoal and salt in alternate 150mm thick layers around earth plate including necessary returning filling in & removal all as specified or indicated in SSR Part-I, including testing to achieve earth resistance value as per IS specification on completion after dismentling taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.
