Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of of any descriptions, in Ground floors (Floor Topping, Sunken floor etc) above or below ground level.

M&L for pcc 1:5:10 type E2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) cement concrete as in mass concrete.

M&L Providing, cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded graded aggregate) as in above window or roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges

M& L for two coats of elastomeric compound ie super latex of Dr Fixit or equavalent on concrete surfaces after cleaning of sunken surface (vertical and horizontal) by removing all the loose mortar, laitance, dirt, dust etc by chiesel hammer/wire brush anc air blower machine complete all as specified and directed

Applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 1.50 kg per square metre and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cu. m. per sq. m
