Comprehensive,Preventive and Periodical maintenance of Electrically operated passenger lift installed at P-4 main building Block-A 1000 Kg capacity Passenger lift - 01 Nos of NSTL area, lifts in reliable safe and efficient operating condition (Make of lift - Johnson) by regularly examining, lubriciting and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance (Monthly, Quarterly, Halfyearly and yearly) in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + 3 floors i.e total four landings with electric power operated doors installed complete all as specified and directed.

Comprehensive,Preventive and Periodical maintenance of Electrically operated passenger lift installed at P-103 HR Wing 680 Kg 10 Passenger lift - 01 Nos of NSTL area, lifts in reliable safe and efficient operating condition (Make of lift - Johnson) by regularly examining, lubriciting and adjusting the equipments and carry out planned maintenance (Monthly, Quarterly, Halfyearly and yearly) in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + 4 floors i.e total five landings with electric power operated doors installed complete all as specified and directed.

Notes for item No. 01 & 02 :- (i) The rate quoted by contractor include repair/replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bearing bushes, all type of guide shoes, hangers, door rope, door locks and its contacts. control cards, control connector/links, maint of ARD batteries, Hall push buttons and its spares, welding of crack/broken MS parts if any, repair/replacement of door safety edge workng at any principle and any type sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or contract, COP buttons, car position indicator, door sill, necessary wiring and cable as per requiremnt for safe and smooth operation of lifts, maintaining of cabin carpet car top acrylic sheet, painting as per existing, cabin fan, cabin light, maint of auto rescue device (ARD), etc to ensure safety and smooth functioning of lift all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Spares/parts necessiated for repair/ maintenance/servicing of lifts other than mentioned here-in-after in schedule 'A' shall be provided by the contracter at his own arrangements and cost there of shall be deemed included in unit rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) The above maintenance includes complete maintenance of existing lifts by regularly and systematically examining adjusting lubricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the lifts. (iii) Contractor will prominently display Emergency contact numbesr inside and outside the lift on each lift for call in emergency.

Notes for item No. 01 & 02 (Contd):- (iv) All existing earthing of the lifts shall be maintained and made fully functional by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge & submit Earthing report monthly to Engr-in-charge. (v) The contractor will detail one technician staff to inspect the lift regularty regarding functioning of lifts or any other issues arising in the lift. The problem noticed if any to be informed immediately to JE E/M / Engr-in-Charge. Technician should alaways carry service tools during site visit. (vi) Contractor or his rep shall come to the site of breakdown within two hours of notification of breakdown. In case the contractor or his rep shall not visit the site for attending breakdown within two hours, a penalty of Rs 600 per fault per day shall be imposed over contractor and shall be deducted from his dues. (vii) The contractor has submit report of lifts such as daily,weekly,fortnightly,monthly,quaterly,half yearly & yearly as per format given in PS/Engr-in-charge. (viii) Adequate arrangements shall be made for dewatering in lift pit as and when water accumlates in it. (ix)Carrying out once inspection of lifts as per IS by the Govt approved lift inspector with submission of test reports to Engr-in-charge. (x) Contractor will provide DO'S & DON'TS display board in side lift. (xi)The rates quoted shall be inclusive of T&P required for carrying out repairs, stationary for maintenance of record all as specified. (xIi) All the cleaning items (Dusting cloths, floor/Glass cleaner, SS steel cleaner, broom etc) shall be provided by the contractor and rates deemed to be included in the quoted rate.Contractor is expected to inspect the lift before quoting the rate and Lifts will be handed over in the same condition. No claim will be admissible thereof.

Supply and fixing aluminium car flooring as per existing at site suitable for 680 KG/1000 KG passenger lift installed in P-4 building block -A & P-103 HR Wing building in replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking out of unservicable main steel wire rope after necessary disconnecting from counter weight pulley and car cabin and supplying and fixing new main steel wire rope 13mm dia 8/19 construction including proper necessary connection with counterweight, pulley and car cabin with clamps, bolts, washers, etc. conforming to IS 14665 latest edition in Dumbwaiter/Passenger/Goods lifts complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make - USHA MARTIN or equivalent model of make specified here-in-before.

Supply & fixing sealed maintenance free batteries 18 AH,12 Volts (set of 4) for ARD system of 08 pessengers lift with proper electrical connection in replacement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :Exide/Amaron or Equivalent.

Supply, fixing and testing in repair VVVF drive system suitable for passenger lift of capacity 680 Kg/1000 Kg serving up to G+4 floors along with all electrical connection complete including taking down of VVVF drive of any make & any type from its existing location complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.VVVF drive make as per existing or equivalent in Yasakawa/Schneider/Thosibha /Any other approved MES make.

Supply & fixing COP assembly with illuminated push button floor position alarm, non stop door closer , door open , cabin fan, cabin light, stop atendant out key etc in and including 7 segment display with CPI card and stainless steel face plate duly connected with existing control and electric system complete & testing including taking out unserviceable COP assembly complete all as specificed & directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply & fix exhaust fan of metalic body 230 Volts,50 Hz,1400 rpm,300 mm sweep along with louver including all electrical connectons for proper ventilation at lift machine room complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Make : Bajaj,Almond,Havells or Equivalent it.

Supply & fixing LOP assembly with illuminated push button floor position alarm, non stop door closer , door open etc in and including 7 segment display with CPI card and stainless steel face plate duly connected with existing control and electric system complete & testing including taking out unserviceable LOP assembly complete all as specificed & directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and fixing full beam infrared sensor upto full length of car doors (2.00 mtr) suitable for passenger lift including taking out unserviceable one from its location complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make:- Weco/TL Jones/Cedes or equivalent model of make specified here-in-before.

Supply and fixing cabin fan non oscilliating type axial/cross flow, single speed 300 mm sweep, 240 volts ISI marked with grill including taking down old unserviceable cabin fan from car cabincomplete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make:- EMCO / VBM / CINI / Gailekesi or equivalent model of make.

Supply install, testing and commssioning of Automatic Rescue Device(ARD) of Micro processor based, VVVF for power control for passenger lift of capacity 1000kg make: Johnson along with maintance free batteries set of four of capacity 12 V 7AH for backup (sealed type) and with controllers, battery charging circuit unit/circuit, invertor circuits with transformer for break door control to be incorporated all indicators like battery charging rescue operations ON, Lift Moving UP , Lift Moving Down, safety controll complete by removing the unserviceable old ARD Panel complete all as specified and directed. Make: Suitable for Johnson Lift Make: AMCO/EXIDE/Amaron for Batteries

Material and labour for carryong out Load test to the following Passenger Lift in various technical buildings along with checking all the mechanical, electrical, safety, speed locks, conditional interlocks, load/strain and light sensors for complaint free operation of the lifts including testing for the operation of ARD complete and directed by the Engr in charge all as spacified and as directed by the Engr - in- Charge. Note:- (i)The rates quoted by the tenderers shall deemed to be including arrangement of loads on its own and other safety items as required during testing.

(b) Passenger Lift ( 680 Kg ) of make Johnson in HR Wing G + 4 Floors.

Supply and fixing in replacement of emergency alarm with battery backup as per existing make of lits including taking out unserviceable one from its location complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for preparing, scraping the old painted surfaces and applying two coat of approved colour synthetic enamelled paint in machine room on all accessories including marking /stencil writing of MES number, Location, Capacity, Sl No etc with white synthetic enamelled paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of emergency phone/ hand set as per existing make of lits including taking out unserviceable one from its location complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing and testing in repair door drive system as per existing make suitable for 8/13 passenger lift serving up to G+4 floors (i.e. 05 floors) along with all electrical connection complete including taking down old unserviceable door drive of make any type from its existing location complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. S&F in replacement of Door motor of Johnson lift of capacity 1000 kg, along with all electrical connection complete including taking down old unserviceable door moto of make any type from its existing location complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.Make :Fermator

Supply & Fixing in replacement of Recess mounted ultra bright compact 5 watt LED down lighter with high efficacy LEDs, ideally suited for low ceiling area to give glare free light complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 1000 central Opening door track allignment,Alignment of steel lift door suitable for lifts with suitable bearings,shoe and its connected items for noise free operation of door opening & closing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for earthing to switch gear/MCB DB with mild steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) connected to galvanised iron earth lead strip 25 x 4 mm by means of galvanised iron nuts, bolts and washer, earth lead connected to eqpt as directed, earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with common salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm all around the plate including necessary earth work, PCC chamber and reinforced PCC cover made by PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in pit chamber and RCC pit cover 50 mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 duly reinforced with 6mm dia MS bar at 150mm c/c both ways with 10 mm dia MS round bar as handle, 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade for watering and 40 mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of earth lead up to 3 mtr with funnel, wire mesh etc with and including testing complete all as specified and as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES sch Part I.

M&L Earthing continuity galvanised strip 25 x 4 mm or main earthing lead fixed to wall with clamps or recess or croses or buried in ground or drawn in conduits/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down induction Motor of capacity 10 HP from lift machine room by disconnecting electrically and mechanically, loading / inculding transporting to workshop for repair, rewinding with ISI marked copper winding wire of existing gauge /size ISI marked insulating paper, varnish, replacement of bearings two Nos. of DE and NDE etc transporting back the motor after repairs, installing on foundation, aligning the same reconnecting electrically and mechanically and testing on Full load for satisfactory functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
