All as per item no 25 but on vertical surfaces of walls as in skirting and dados incl 10mm th backing coat in CM 1:4. Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 16 to 18 mm thick granite(Zed Black colour as approved by GE) stone slab machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing as in kitchen platform/dado/skirting /plateform counter top WHB in cluding cutting holes for oval shape /urinal partitions etc. including 15 mm thick cement screed bed 1:6 CM in horizontal or vertical surfaces including grinding the edges half round and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In- Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 29 above but except bricks complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick masonary wall surfaces or on other than fair faces of brick masonary finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick , in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC slab, mixed using water proofing compound liquid @ 200 ml per bag of cement. Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof by APP based modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm) as under:- (a) The surface of roof, parapet and gutters, drain mouths etc over which waterproofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as fungus, moss, dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain outlets a groove shall be cut around to tuck in the treatment. Concrete angle fillets shall be provided at junctions between roofs and vertical face of wall (parapet and other walls) around obstacles such as pipes chimney stacks, etc. and other similar situation to ease up about corners. (b) Primer conforming to IS: 3384-1965 @ 0.30 kg/sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (c ) Apply a coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/sqm over primed surface. (d) Over the coat of bitumen as above providing APP based 5 layer modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm) unrolled and bonded completely to the substrate with side over lap of 75 mm or end over lap of 100mm. The overlaps are then sealed /fused by flame or bitumen as per manufacturer instruction. A coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on top of APP modfied polymeric membrane and finally it will be finished with a coat of aluminium paint @ 0.2 kg/sqm as per manufacturer instructions.

All as per direction of Engineer - in- Charge, Materia test certificate and authentication should be compulsory provided by the manufacturing company.
