WORKFOR ONE YEAR, MAINTENANCE OF VARIOUS 132 KV LINES, UNDER ELECTRICITY TRANSMISSION DIVISION, AMROHA Note-Nut & bolts, tower members, PG Clamp, conductor jumper cone and Disc/Polymer will be provided by department free of cost in the store.

Regular Tower to Tower ground patrolling and Tower top patrolling wherever required of following 132 Kv transmission line, detecting of faults like missing /theft tower members,puncture disc insulators/polymer string , dislocation of vibration damper/damaged conductor/eartthwire,checking of foundation & position of tree in coridor of 36 meters and cleaning of vegetation/ bushes in leg area of the tower, patrolling shall be done on quarterly basis i.e 04 times in a year. A) 132 KV SC Moradabad-Amroha line = 40 x4 =160Km B) 132 KV SC Amroha-Gajraula line =28 X 4= 112 Km C) 132 KV SC Garh-Gajraula line upto LILO Point =18 X 04 = 72 Km D) 132 KV DC Gajraula(220)- Gajraula line =11x04=44 Km

Submission of patrolling report on prescribed computerized performa in 5 nos (One Set consisting all 04 Nos 132KV Line) after each patrolling duly binded with one soft copy.

lopping,chopping and cutting of trees branches upto 0.5 meters grith in the 36 metrs of lines corridor and stacking of above tress at proper place far from the lines.

Fixing of missing tower parts on the above lines on different type of tower including cutting,fabrication of angle irons as per actual requirement at site then fitting of fabricated tower inplace of missing tower parts on different tower with bolts and nuts including tack welding upto second section. This work also include the carriage of angle iron from near by store (approx distance 60 km) to actual site of work and return for surplus iron to cental store of this division.Angle iron and bolts and nuts will be provided by the department free of cost.

Back filling of earth across the tower foundation wherever required including cost of material, labour, T&P etc and its transportation up to site.

Strengthing/Replacement of damaged jumpers at tension towers.

Replacement of dameged/puncture polymer/disk insulators string at different tower location including cartage of material from store to site of the above line.All the manpower & T&P shall be provided by the tenderers for completion of work.

Checking & Tightening of Jumpers at tension towers

Strengthening of earthwire/OPGW including replacement/tightening of suspension clamp as per site requirement.

Cleaning of nest from the tension tower insulators & cross arm of suspension tower formed by birds.

Emergency patrolling of above lines during tripping/ line fault to detect the exact fault location & type of Fault.
