Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, layi(lg in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base I base course on well ·prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in Charge.

Providing and applying Tack coat using straight run bitumen of grade 80/100 including heating, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler,cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications. (on bitumen surface @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm)

Providing and laying of 50mm thick compacted bituminious macadam in accordance with IRC specificaitons adopting aggregate size 25.60 mm with binder content @ 3 % by wt of total mix (not less than 60kgs/cum including costs of carriages of all materials involved complete job. ( machine mix of laid with paver)

Providing, laying of 25mm thick semidense carpet confirming to IRC / CPWD specification with binder content @ 5 % by wt of total mix ie 2.88 Kg / Sqm including preparing the existing granular surfaces for tack coat by wire brushing, brooming and fanning the surface by gunny bags/air compressor to remove all mud and loose dirt etc and applying priming / tack coat over prepared surfaces using bitumin @ 0.75 kg/sqm and including providing, laying and compacting pre mixed seal coat IRC type "B" using bitumin @ 0.768 kg/sqm mixed with 0.006 mm or fine aggregate per sqm of road surface including all costs and cariages of materials involved complete.

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate (passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade 80/100 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling and finishing with road all complete

P/F Iron mesh made up of square bars and angle irons for drains welded together incl all costs and carriages and a coat of red oxide
