Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 30mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with gray cement in floors over 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 screed bed or bedding layer of mortar for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 100 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in base for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-bases, sub-floors and paving complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling 30 mm thick under floor or in foundation complete all as spd and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick coloured rubber moulded Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006,M-35 grade as in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured to match the surface of tile complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick coloured rubber moulded Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006,M-35 grade as in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured to match the surface of tile complete all as spd and directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in Item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.
