Service and maintainance of fire fighting delivery hose re-rolling ,washing drying and refixing the same , checking of windings cleaning polishing of male and female couplings all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for First Aid Hose Reel dismantle from the Downcomer pipe and greese/oil all internal parts,changing damaged hose clips,shut off nozzle any damaged or not winding properly, and refix the same all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Double Door Hose box painting inside and outside with Fire red Colour paint (Signal Red) and with Changing of broken front glass. If any, refixing the same all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing and Repairing of 100mm dia Non return valve of Cast Iron Change Gaskets, Cleaning Internal parts,completed, refixing the same testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing and repairing of 100 mm dia Butterfly valve Cleaning internal parts, refixing the same testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for servicing of Fire Brigade Inlet Dismantling from Existing Pipeline and servicing all internal parts, changing Gaskets,Internal rubber washers/Nut & Bolts if any damaged and refixing ,testing complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Servicing and repairing of Air Relase valve cleaning /Polishing internal parts all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour preparing surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint to outer side of existing pipes complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for maintenance and servicing of repeater panel including all connected accessories, etc. and refixing of all internal parts,re-programming and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for servicing of Beam Detector including replacing the defective parts and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Maintenance and servicing of Manual Call Points clean switches, change broken glass and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation in repair of Hooter and testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation in repair of smoke detector including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Carry out maintenance of the following EOT cranes including replacement of defective parts and consumable such as HRC fuzes, grease, gear oil and brake shoes/liners and bolts, nuts coupling bolts and bushes during maintenance period and attending break down as and when required effective operation of EOT cranes and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge of following capacity cranes:- (a) EOT Crane of 3.00 ton capacity. Notes for 46(a) & (b): (i)The crane shall be inspected for for any abnormal conditions such as sound due to uneven welding joints, dust particles etc. and shall rectify the defective conditions as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (ii)The defects which occur during operation of crane such as dislodgement of cable or any other crane parts shall be rectified as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (iii) The Inspection shall be carried out by the representative of OEM only (SAFEX energy Pvt Ltd) as and when directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of inspection of representative OEM as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(b) All as per Item No.46 above, but for EOT Crane of 5.00 ton capacity.

Carry out load test of crane under 110% of full load capacity of EOT crane on hoisting/traveling including loading, unloading, handling and returning the test load and certification after testing the crane from Kerala Government Crane/lift inspector for the following crane:- (a) EOT Crane of 3.00 ton capacity.

(b) All as per Item No.47 above, but for EOT Crane of 5.00 ton capacity.

Schedule of Credit (Minus) Rs. 6675.00 NOTE: Bidder shall insert credit amount of Rs. 6675.00 as rate in Green field under Col-13.
