Schedule 'A' Part-I (B/R itmes) Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair without using extra cement but using water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separatally)

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on any faces of brick work or concrete wall surfaces and finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

M&L rendering 5 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete ceiling or chajjas surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rough cast plaster complete as specified in SSR Part-I, clause 14.22 shall consisting of following:- firstly apply under coat in cement mortar 1:4 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg. which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 shall be applied, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F 10 ltr PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe etc complete including inlet ball valve float and handle including brackets, of approved make including all connections & flush pipes for WC as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair, water storage tank, 1000 ltr capacity, HDPE triple layer, white coloured, conforming to IS, fixed and hoisted in position on staging or roof complete with locking arrangement including over flow pipe, air lock pipe, brass valve 20 mm high pressure with polythene float and flynut, screwed and suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore, including taking down the unserviceable water tank of any description and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frames area exceeding 1.50 Square meter and not exceeding 4.00 Square meter (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish complete all as specified and as directed.

The size of rail and style as per IS:1003 (Part-1) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L factory made 35 mm thick 2nd class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters,open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze etc. (without sash bars) ,edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded , fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section-8, clause 8.24 (a) (wood shall be kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm prelam PVC sheet on single side used instead of plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet and fixed in opening complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutters with partical board core 28 to 30 mm thick (styles) with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2 mm thick prelaminated moulded PVC sheet on the front face and 2mm thick plain colour PVC sheet on back face fixing in frame at site as per specification and drawing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L rolled mild steel framed work as in chowkats of door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails braces etc. complete. drilled for fixing for steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges and hanging ,door fitting (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290-W (Gde E-165) quality 'A' complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F mild steel door shutter two leaves with frame of 20 gauge MS sheet (all around) and leaves of 21 gauge MS Sheet ( all as per Godraj Pettern) with three way locking arrangement with brass lock with CP handle with duplicate key including two coats of spray painting over a coat or red oxide primer complete fixed in existing cupboard with necessary nuts, bolts including embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (area of opening shall be measured) as in repair complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in holdfasts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing steel window box type using ERW hollow 'P' section comprising double frame for and including gauged and glazed skelton shutter 30mm thick, jointed internally with flat iron 25x3mm complete including hinges, handle, tower bolts, stops, lugs, guard bars and painting etc. all as shown on drawing No. TD-219 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 and TD-220 sheet 1/3 to 3/3 as applicable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note: (i) For the purpose of measurement and payment double shutter both glazed and gauzed with frames shall be considered as one unit. (ii) Unit rate quoted against this item shall also include the iron mongery and grill fabricated from 10mm square bar as shown on drgs. (iii) Glazing, wire mesh shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L Non Skid coloured ceramic tiles premium/1st quality of same description as of floor tiles in serial item No 77 above but 150mm height as in skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L glazed ceramic coloured tiles premium/1st quality in vertical surfaces/skirtings/dados of size 300x600 x7mm/ 450x 350x7mm thick or nearest size as directed, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M &L 10mm thick vitrified coloured paver tiles (Endura Tiles) of size 300 x 300mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cment slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1 :4 ,complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base and finished even and fair without using extra cement including form work where ever required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 40mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in floor and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Glass dividing strips, 38 mm wide and 3 mm thick inserted in position to confirm to design complete all as spd and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 16 to 18 mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 incl rounding of front edge complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:5:10 type E-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in filling in sunken floor, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified.as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(a) Providing and laying water proofing treatment of sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc by applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound coating of make as approved in Technical Instruction5/2003. (b) First layer of slurry of cement @0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compounds @ 0.253Kg/Sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (c) Second layer of slurry of cement @0.242 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compounds @ 0.126 Kg/Sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. (d) 200 micron thick polythene film pasted with the help of adhesives shall be provided over treatment.

M & L providing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in landings, precast cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, slabs, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work including cutting of steel reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L reinforced cement concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape reqd incl cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from PVC/RCC tanks and mouths of circulating pipe of capacity 250 litre and upto and including 1000 litre & writing on the tank with synthetic enamel paint not less than 70mm long and 2mm wide of words in shape like cleaned on : 15.06.2018 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE :- unit rate shall be included to make small fittings such as elbow, socket, reducer, tee, union etc .

S & F Mild steel, plain, black sheet 2 mm thick in wall cladding, steel gates and similars works, cut to size, holes punched, including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel members, etc.with plain 40 mm lap joints with welded/riveted seams including bending, turning up, mitred angles, etc as required complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Marble Baroda green 16-18mm thick in one piece in width and length less than 1.8 metre (except in case of slab is more than 1.80 metre and less than 2.40 metre smaller size as approved by Engr-in-Charge may be used) table rubbed & polished as in cooking platform/window cills etc over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:6 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble incl rounding of front edge and finally granite finish polishing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of 100/75 mm cast iron or PVC pipes or reinforced concrete drain pipes any dia, set in cement mortar including taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified .
