Schedule A1- Civil Works : Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of water treatment plants in(4.35 MLD) the shape of Rapid sand filters including cost of construction of civil works, hoisting and errection of all steel works, providing and installation of all mechanical/Electrical equipments/accessories, laying of all interconnecting GI/MSERW pipes and scouring arrangements from all units with disposal of the same to the boundary of structures, all types of valves, fittings and all contingent works capable of taking input and giving output as laid down in chapter-I of CPHEEO manual under all climatic conditions specified therein. The treatment plant shall include but not limited to , Raw Water Tank, Inlet Chamber, inlet channel, Parshall flumes, C/O pre-sedimentation tank with Tube Settler, wash lime solution tanks, Alum solution tanks with Dozining arrangement, Flash mixer, Mechnical Clariflocculator, Rapid sand filters, pipe gallery, and clear water tank and plant building including (all furniture) accommodating alum store, chemical handling and feeding room with safety measure, back wash pump cum air compressors room, pannel room and attendant room. The cost shall include Site Developement i.e., Cutting, construction of retaining & breast walls up to battery limit.Battery Limit shall be considered as 3.00 m from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less.Providing and fixing of lighting arrangements complete in all respect. Providing and fixing all electrical/Mechanical equipments, proper walk way for Inspection/ operation of various units, Providing and setting up of all laboratory equipments etc as per CPHEEO manuals appendix 15.90 (category-II) of 1999 addition shall be provided . Sizes of various units shall be based on manual of water supply and treatment published by CPHEEO. The design of various units shall conform to relevant IS Codes and specifications. All the water retaining stuctuctures shall be designed and constructed in RCC as per latest IS Code.All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning RCC Circular under ground/partial under ground storage reservoirs as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab , roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls, Sanitary works i.e., refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipe with bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as MS ladders inside and outside CI cowl type ventilator, SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level, indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Schedule A3- Pumping Machinery and Electrical works: Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of suitable Raw water submersible pumpset capable of handling 4000 PPM turbidity conforming to latest BIS code. The pump shall be fitted with single vane impeller of suitable alloy for handling raw water as per IS 5669-1970 having oil/grease packed bearings and stainless steel shaft, wound stator on motor side with shaft protection sleeves on pump side ensuring better life for shaft . The impeller of pump shall be directly mounted on extended submersible motor confirming to BIS 9238-1979 with up to date amendments,totally dust and weather proof with detach able pump casing for easy inspection with double mechanical seal, grease/ oil lubricated bearings and provided with stainless steel thrust bearing plate to withstand vertical loads with minimum wear and tear,It should be fitted with device to take up expanion of water on heating of motor & suitable for operation on 415 (+10% ) and ( -15% ) volts 3 Phase 50 C/S AC supply. Schedule B1- Operation and Maintenance: Operation and maintenancce of scheme from source to all sector storage tanks (Proposed as well as existing sector storage tanks) of the scheme in proper working condition. O & M includes the regular i.e., daily supply of designed/required quantity of potable water having water quality as per of water supply standard/protocol to the beneficiaries of the scheme from source to WTP and up to main storage tanks & delivery tanks at different locations as per plan and repair and maintenance of Rising mains, Gravity mains. Regular maintenance of all the facilities covered under the instant scheme including cleaning, washing, oil and greasing repair, replacement of worn out/damaged part of pumping machinery. pipe line, valves and electrical, Mechanical requirements, regular cleaning of all structures like storage tanks, sumpwells, intakes, channels, collection/distribution channels/pump house etc. and the disposal of the same as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. It includes fixing /repairing/leakage in structure, channel, pipe line, pumping machinery etc. & proper distribution of treated water and regular testing of water samples from departmental laboratory and required stages of treatment. Keeping regular and proper record of water quantity and quality, repair and maintenance work, chemical dosing and time and hours of run of pumping machinery, removal of all akind of slips, slush, uprooting of unwanted grass, shrubs, weeds etc growing near the structure and keeping the area neat and clean to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Planting and maintaining plants of the flowers/trees around the Pump Houses/ WTP/Storage tanks/Sump wells etc. to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. It includes the cost of procurement of adequate and proper tools and plants, skilled & unskilled manpower, spare-parts, oil, grease, lubricants, chemicals and all kinds of regents required for water sample testing, refilling of gaseous cylinders including mechanical and head load carriage etc. and making standby arrangement all times, instruments, equipments, stationary and any other material etc. required for O& M excluding the cost of energy charges. All the operations shall be carried out as per the CPHEEO Manual of the water supply and treatment( with latest addition(, HPPWD/HPIPH specifications, HPIPH Department norms and directions issued by the Engineer-in-Charge from time to time and sound Engineering practices.(Refer Vol-II-Technical specifications & Vol-III, Data Sheet No,-8) For 1st year (after the completion of Defect/liability & Trial run period of one year)
