General conservancy and cleaning of road, road berms and drain sides in the wharf area for the years 2026-27 and 2027-28- Part B -Area between Container terminal , Main gate , 30mtr road upto labour canteen.

General conservancy and cleaning the area between container terminal , main gate, 30mt. road up to labour canteen including approach roads , empty container slack yard area New shed No 1 & 2 yard area, Over flow shed No 1 & 2 verandah etc. by sweeping including removing all debris, spillage and loose materials, removing all materials and carrying debris to suitable places immediately so as to keep the area neat and clean as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labour, T & P, hand carts, and all other incidental charges etc. complete. [Note:- The total area mentioned is the quantity proposed for Two year from the date of commencement of work]. Upon award of work, the Contractor has to execute the work along with necessary tools and plant and number of labours proposed to be deployed for the work. All registers pertaining to the work including labour records shall be maintained by the Contractor and shall be produced to the department at any time during inspection of works. The contractor has to deploy minimum 6 No. of labours per day (3 male + 3 female)

Deploying one skilled/ clerical person to supervision of the work inside Wharf area. All registers pertaining to the work including labour records shall be maintained by the supervisor. The supervisor has to work anywhere inside the Wharf area as per the instruction of Engineer in charge.
