Disconnecting the existing refrigerators/Deep freezer of any capacity and transporting the same from site/AEG B/R-II yard to authorised service centre /workshop for repair of body ,replacing outer damaged body parts, welding door hinges and back after necessary repair/ repair of old unserviceable or wornout accessories/ parts in the workshop and re-fixing/ re-connecting the same in existing position and testing on completion for efficient cooling complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities:- Note:- Gas charging and repair of spare parts of refrigerators shall be measured and paid separately under respective items mentioned in schedule complete.

Supply and fixed in repair, compressors of refrigerators/Deep freezer of following models including cutting the suction and discharge line for removing of un-serviceable compressors and fixing of new compressors by jointing suction & discharge line, welding, brazing/ soldering, vaccumising and charging of gas with required quantity of R-134(a) gas to achieve the efficient cooling & smooth functioning and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed:- Note:- Gas charging of refrigerators shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch'A' as "material and labour" complete.

Compressor of make Kirloskar/Tecumseh/LG for refrigerator refrigerators/Deep freezer of 120 to 230 Ltrs capacity omplete all as specified and directed.

Compressor of make Kirloskar/Tecumseh/LG for refrigerator refrigerators/Deep freezer of 240 to 500 Ltrs capacity omplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed in repair, PVC stand of refrigerators 100 ltr to 420 ltr of best quality suitable for refrigerators of OFF sizes complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of the unserviceable voltage stabilizers capacity upto 5 KVA from the site and removing to workshop for repair and re-fixing/testing/commissioning at the original position after rewinding / replacement of parts/spares to the extent required /reassembling complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spares/parts shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Sch A as " Supply only".

Supply only main transformer with super enameled copper wire proper insulated upto 5 KVA capacity for volatage stabilizer complete as specified and directed.

Supply only volt meter 0 to 300 volts complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of main PCB for voltage stabilizer 0.5 KVA to 5.0 KVA of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of auxiliary transformer for the 0.5 KVA to 5 KVA capacity stablizer of approved make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of voltage stablizers of 5 KVA capacity including its installation and connecting with the existing machinery.

Supply and fixed in replacement, fins and tube type air cooled copper condensers of following capacity of any make complete all as specified and directed including taking down the old U/S fins:-

S&F in Replacement of glass wool of Electric hamam by dismantling the outer body, replacing old damaged glass wool with new refixing innner and outer body complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in erplace electric control board of Hamam 25/35/50 ltr capacity complete wih outer body all as specified and diredted.

Dismantling of complete exhaust fan 300 mm sweep unscrewing the body parts of the exhaust fan taking out starter , rotor winding, ball bearing gun metal bush etc. Incl removing the fan from its original position ,removing of burnt out fan winding and rewinding of starter with suitable size of Copper enamelled wire, (weight of copper coil shall be same as per dismantled exhaust fan) varnishing heating as per manufactures design and directed. Re-assembling complete exhaust fan by fixing only serviceable of old/new spare parts (i.e.) condenser, gun metal bushes, ball bearing, twin twisted copper cable, incl refixing the same in its original position complete all as specified and design to give designed air delivery including greasing, oiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl. item no.43 above but exhaust fan of size 450 mm sweep.

All as per Sl. item no. 43 & 44 above but only overhauling of exhaust fan 450 mm / 300 mm sweep in situ by greasing and oiling except rewinding of starter winding complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully storage type water heater (geysers) of 25 litres capacity for servicing after disconnecting existing water supply and electric connection by unscrewing / cutting of holding bolts / nuts from walls and opening the tank for repair including taking out inner assembly and scraping scale deposite on the surfcae of assembly, cleaning and washing and re-assembling after repairs and fixing the same in its original position and making necessary water supply and electric connection and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted unit rate is deemed to be included taking down of geyser from original position and refixing after repair incl the cost of nut and bolt if any required at site incl necessary cost of rubber gasket in any size complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete rewinding ( copper wire coated with PP insulation material) , servicing and refixing of 415 volts 50 Hz12.5 to 15 HP monoblock centrifiugal pumps motor and refixing the same at existing same place and testing incl required accesssories i.e. nuts bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and as directed.Note:- item rate includes dismantling of pumps and transporation of motor from site to workshop and back.
