Formation of road with GSB & WMM to ASR plaza road connecting to Meenakshi Nagar Katta Road in 63rd Division

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH. (By Mechanical means)

Conveyance of excavated earth for a lead of 2 KM including unloading, loading, spreading, sectioning etc., complete as directed by the departmental authorities.

Granular sub-base/base/surface course with quarry rubbish (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408 MORD.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing HBG meterial confirming to Grading-V of MORT & H Table-400-1 including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete for finished item of work as per clause 401 MORTH (5th Revision) as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (For roads)

Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix macadam specification ( 5th Revision) as per Table 400-13, including cost of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (5th revision) for finished item of work.
