Taking out after electrically disconnecting the starter panel of pump motor 100-150 HP and depositing to MES store as and when reqd all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out after electrically disconnecting,the starters of pump motor 10 to 100 HP, and refixing in new panel or other panel etc if required, proper repairs and dressing of electrical control and power wiring ,testing on completion of work all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out old earthing complete excluding excavation of soil complete. Excavation shall be paid separately here in after

Taking out after electrically disconnecting the LT cables of panel/ pump motors,of any size and type

Relaying of old serviceable Copper/aluminum cable of any size and type

Excavating in trenches for soft/loose soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for taking out the earthing cables, panels etc, and making the disturb surface even all as specified and directed

All as per item No. 6 except for depth exc 1.5 m deep and not exc 3.0 m

Returning, filling in any type of soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50M where directed and at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing local push button station made out of angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 50mm ,with CRCA sheet, lockable type BCH cat part No. E206A complete comprising of on and off push button and on and indication. Complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600mm x600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvnised iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.5 of MES SSR part-I connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of soil incl PCC for pit (1:3:6) type C-1 with RCC cover in PCC(1:2:4) including charcoal , salt funnel GI pipe 40 mm dia light grade up to to 7.5 mtr length complete all as directed at site by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Earthing strip , galvanised iron strip 30mm x 6mm , burried in ground or fixed to pole/ wall with saddles etc as specified and directed (Earth work if required shall be measured against respective item)

Laying only, termination and testing of LT cable 1100 Volt grade, armoured XLPE insulated, sheathed 3.5 Core Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) LT XLPE cable will be issued by department free for fixing under Sch 'B'.

Laying only, termination and testing of LT cable 1100 Volt grade, armoured XLPE insulated, sheathed 3.5 Core Aluminium conductor cable of size 70 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.Note : (i) LT XLPE cable will be issued by department free for fixing under Sch 'B'.

Laying only, termination and testing of LT cable 1100 Volt grade, armoured XLPE insulated, sheathed 3.5 Core Aluminium conductor cable of size 35 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) LT XLPE cable will be issued by department free for fixing under Sch 'B'.

Supply, fixing, commissioning, modification and testing of soft starter for 2.5 kW, 415 Volt, 50 Hz rating motors complete in all respect all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- BCH/ABB/L&T/Seimens. Soft starter shall be programmed on site by OEM Engineer.

Supply, fixing, commissioning, modification and testing of soft starter for 7.5 kW, 415 Volt, 50 Hz rating motors complete in all respect all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- BCH/ABB/L&T/Seimens. Soft starter shall be programmed on site by OEM Engineer.

Supply, fixing, commissioning, modification and testing of soft starter for 12 kW, 415 Volt, 50 Hz rating motors complete in all respect all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make- BCH/ABB/L&T/Seimens. Soft starter shall be programmed on site by OEM Engineer.

Repair and maint of motor control panel complete with power and control wiring, cleaning of inside and outside panel board by CFC free cleaner, painting with flame proof paint inside the panel accessories mounting space, replacement of unserviceable items, modification of complete wiringsystem with new control and power cable including proper ferruling and providing termination lugs of appropriate size, terminal blocks of suitable size for power and control cables complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site.

M&L for sand cushioning with layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cable and 150 mm thick after laying of cable, in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick protection with sub class 'B' old size bricks,laid dry flat over electric cables in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Repair of soft starter for 60KW to 110KW motor, downloading of fault parameter & rectify the same with new spare parts like thyrister, control card/firing/triggering/pulse Xmars,terminal cover,outer cover in all respect and downloaded paper fault detection, Report & rectification should be produce for complete job complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Starter should be repaired from OEM/Rep of OEM.

Repair of soft starter for 10KW to 60KW motor, downloading of fault parameter & rectify the same with new spare parts like thyrister control card/firing/triggering/pulse Xmars,terminal cover,outer cover in all respect and downloaded paper fault detection Report & rectification should be produce for complete job complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Starter should be repaired from OEM/Rep of OEM.

Supply and laying PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade single core from LT panel to starter and starter to motor, complete laid in floor/wall cable duct of Size 95sqmm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
