Notes For Civil Work :-

1 All work shall be carried out as per Public Works Department Handbook and other specifications of

Division or as directed.

2 Rates quoted include clearance of site (prior commencement of work and at its close) in all respects

and hold good for work under all conditions, site, moisture, weather, etc complete.

3 Rate are inclusive of 1% labour cess in tender amount so 1% of total amount of bill will be deducted
