Routine Maintenance & Operation Routine maintenance & operation and general upkeep of 3x175 TR capacity central Air conditioning plant (low & High side) alongwith associated accessories i.e. cooling tower, primary and secondary chiller pumps, condenser pump , HWG (Hot water generator), pumps and switchgears etc and carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of above installation and maintaining log book & periodical checking of above installation, keeping the entire installation on functional mode and recording the temperature at hourly basis (from 10 AM to 5 PM) in all Courts & Chambers for A.C. Plant and AHU operation by deploying A.C. Operator/Electrician/Khallasi in various shifts on all working days of the month excluding Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions, additional conditions and annexure attached, as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required for 'C'-Block(New Court), Delhi High Court Building complex, New Delhi.

Routine maintenance & operation and general upkeep of 2x375 TR, 1x350 TR and 1x450 TR capacity central Air conditioning plant (low & High side) alongwith associated accessories i.e. cooling tower, primary and secondary chiller pumps, condenser pump , HWG (Hot water generator), pumps and switchgears etc and carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of above installation and maintaining log book & periodical checking of above installation, keeping the entire installation on functional mode and recording the temperature at hourly basis (from 10 AM to 5 PM) in all Courts & Chambers for A.C. Plant and AHU operation by deploying A.C. Operator and Khallasi in two shifts on all working days of the month excluding Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions, additional conditions and annexure attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required for 'A'-Block, Delhi High Court Building complex, New Delhi.

Routine maintenance & operation and general upkeep of 3x250 TR capacity central Air conditioning plant (low & High side) alongwith associated accessories i.e. cooling tower, primary and secondary chiller pumps, condenser pump , HWG (Hot water generator), pumps and switchgears etc and carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of above installation and maintaining log book & periodical checking of above installation, keeping the entire installation on functional mode and recording the temperature at hourly basis (from 10 AM to 5 PM) in all Courts & Chambers for A.C. Plant and AHU operation by deploying A.C. Operator/Khallasi in two shifts on all working days of the month excluding Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions, additional conditions and annexure attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required for 12 Court Extension Block, Delhi High Court Building complex, New Delhi.

Routine maintenance & operation and general upkeep of 3x235 TR capacity central Air conditioning plant (low & High side) alongwith associated accessories i.e. cooling tower, primary and secondary chiller pumps, condenser pump , HWG (Hot water generator), pumps and switchgears etc and carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of above installation and maintaining log book & periodical checking of above installation, keeping the entire installation on functional mode and recording the temperature at hourly basis (from 10 AM to 5 PM) in all Courts & Chambers for A.C. Plant and AHU operators by deploying A.C. Operator/Khallasi in two shifts on all working days of the month excluding Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions, additional conditions and annexure and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required for Administrative Block, Delhi High Court Building complex, New Delhi.

Routine Maintenance & Operation of 02 Nos. heat recovery wheel for exhaust of Hon’ble Chamber toilets and public toilets ventilation fan, fresh air fan, exhaust fan and all sump pump to lift out waste/storm water from basement by deploying 01 No. Multi Tasking Staff on all working days of the month excluding Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required for 'C'-Block, Delhi High Court Building complex, New Delhi.

Routine maintenance & operation and general upkeep & cleaning of Sewage treatment plant consisting of Sewage transfer pump, equalization blower, aeration tank, MBR tank, Electrical panel board and associated accessories and switchgears etc, related electrical wiring work including minor repair works, and maintaining log book for above installation & periodical checking of installation, as and when required and carrying out the daily drill comprising of cleaning of above installation and keeping the entire installation on functional mode by deploying multi-tasking staff on round the clock duty & Khallasi in general shift on all days of the month including Sunday & Holidays, as per terms & conditions attached and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge etc as required for C-Block, Delhi High Court Building complex, New Delhi.

Payment for Extra hours charges for operation of AC Plant beyond duty hours i.e any time from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM on all working days and normal duty hours on Sundays and holidays by deploying 01 no. A.C. operator & 01 No. Khallasi.
