M&L for Non-Skid Ceramic coloured tiles in floors, 300mm x 300 mm, not less than 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including screed bed 10mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4,complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coarse aggregate for granolithic floors graded from 12.5mm to 4.75mm, spreading and levelling in layers not exceeding 25cm thick and well ramming, including watering as required, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks of white/ grey cement and pigment, any shape and size, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade including necessary polishing all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 single core 4 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable, 1100 volt grade drawn through and including PVC rigid conduit concealed wiring including necessary PVC conduit specials including chases cutting, complete except beam and RCC roof and one run of 4Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting with suitable size thimble, complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down existing tube light fitting of any type & make and refixing the tube rods only (LED), whereas directed, and removing the old tube light fittings to store yard all as specified and directed.
