A-Technical Upgradation of 09-3X Tamping Express machine No. 3956 Above/

Technical upgradation of existing high performance tamping express machine 09-3X- 3956 to latest available HIGH OUTPUT DTE i.e. Tamping and stabilizing machine (Model 09-3X Dynamic & Stabilizing machine) working over East Central Railway comprising following activities: a) Overhauling of complete 09-3X Tamping Express Machine including provision of new tamping banks (Confirming to Para 2.0 of specifications) b) Satellite Frame:- Dismantling, inspection & reconditioning. (Conforming to Para 2.0 of specifications). c) Replacement/upgradation of major systems including control system with latest smart ALC, CWS, CMS and DRP System. Removal of old ALC panel & fixing of smart ALC screen. (Confirming to Para 2.0 of specifications). d) Replacement of existing engines with single advanced new emission controlled high power diesel engine along with fitment of compatible radiators, exhaust manifolds (with aluminum cladding) etc. (Conforming to Para 3.0 of specification). e) Introduction of additional hydraulic components and replacement of major hydraulic components (such as proportional valves, direction control valves, unloader valves, safety valves, servo valves, hydraulic pumps, motors, etc.) including upgradation of hydraulic cooling system and complete hose system as per modified requirements (Conforming to Para 4.0 and 5.0 of specifications). f) Complete re-wiring of the machine &converting panels as per upgraded requirement as per specifications. g) Replacement of pump gearbox including new pumps. h) Replacement of lighting system, horn, wiper, hooter, etc. to the latest versions (Conforming to Para 7.0, 10.0 & 12.0 of specifications). i) Adaption of existing chassis structure to accommodate the new engine and stabilizer unit including capacity enhancement of Diesel tank, hydraulic tank etc. (Confirming to Para 11.0 of specifications). j) Manufacturing of complete stabilizer trailer including new cabin, Driver panel, bogie, Stabilizer units, second Measuring system (Confirming to Para 1.0 and 2.0 of specifications). k) Bogies (including axle & wheel) along with axle gear boxes shall confirm to suit 920 mm wheel diameter (Confirming to Para 1.0 of specifications). l) Overhauling of bogie of satellite unit (Confirming to Para 1.0 of specifications). m) Updating pneumatic system compatible with proposed up-gradation of machine. (Confirming to Para 6.0 of specifications). n) Upgradation of brakes in line with fitment of 09-3XX-DTE (Confirming to Para 6.0 of Specifications). o) Upgradation of Hooks, Buffers and Suspension system confirming to Para 8.0 and 9.0 of specifications. p) Making and colour of machine as per Para 20.0 of specification. q) Complete overhauling of ZF gear box and satellite frame.01Job1581.20 lakhs
