Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth all lead and lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth all lead and lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge.

All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & upto 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, all lead and lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : "1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size). as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Coursed rubble masonry (second sort) with hard stone in foundation & plinth with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick including supply of stones and preparing surface complete. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved s;ze, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Design, Supply, fabrication & Installation of roof for different shape consisting of single skin minimum 6.00mm thick polycarbonate transparent sheet, UV stabilized, properly jointed and fixed with M.S. frame, fasteners, gutters, gaskets, sealants and necessary structural supports as required as per approved drawings and specifications. The work includes preparation of shop drawings as per manufacturer's specifications and approved architectural drawings complete etc. which shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge.(M.S. frame work shall be paid separately). as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and laying Non Pressure NP-3 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete. 900 mm dia RCC pipes. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position plum concrete with hard stones bolders in Retaining wall etc. upto all heights and level, size and shape, etc. with cement concrete with mix (1:3:6) 1 cement,3 coarse sand,6graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size using maximum 40% hard stone boulders in plum concrete as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.(excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing 110mm dia Unplasticized rigid PVC pipe of required size for weep holes in plum concrete walls including cutting, placing and fixing in required slope as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material in all lead and lift.
