PROCUREMENT OF ONE NO.OF SEGMENT ASSEMBLY COMPLETE (SEGMENT.9) FOR CASTER #3 OF SMS-II IN ROURKELA STEEL PLANT

• 1. The tenderer should have either (i). Supplied, erected and commissioned at least One continuous Slab caster of minimum slab size of 1200 mm wide X 210-300 mm thick. OR (ii). Manufactured and supplied directly / through their technology partner at least One complete Segment assembly with cladded Rolls for continuous slab caster of minimum slab size of 1200 mm wide X 210-300 mm thick. 2. For both the categories of tenderer as in (i) & (ii) above, the supplies, as above, should have been completed to any Govt./PSU/Public Limited Company in India during the last (10) ten years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited.

• In the case of tenderer who offers to supply and/or install plant and equipment under the contract that the tenderer did not manufacture or otherwise produce and/ or install, the tenderer shall: (a). Have the financial and other capabilities necessary to perform the contract. (b). Be responsible for ensuring that the licensor complies with the technical requirements of the Eligibility criteria. (c). The tenderer is in the possession of license for technology and the tenderer has to ensure the submission along with bid an Undertaking from the Licensor in regard to performance of Contract. (d). The tenderer shall also submit a deed of joint undertaking from the Licensor in regard to performance of the contract.

• The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer for the last three (3) consecutive financial years ending 31st March’2023 should not be less than Rs.7.0 crores. Net worth of the tenderer should be positive as on 31.03.2023
