Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work for concrete surface and finished even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint on walls over one coat of chalk white complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame) and removing away from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sq. M each but (Without taking off shutters from the frame) and removing away from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix aluminium decorative grill of any and shape not exceeding 2.70 Kg./Sq.m complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in repair Vitreous China Ware Wash hand basin white, flat back, size 550 x 450 mm size (flat back or angle back type) in repairs including cutting for and pinning ends of brackets or erecting stand in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs Viterous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) including PVC seat cover complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix plastic water closet seat cover, white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel C.P or Aluminium hinging device complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair PVC low level flushing cistern 10 ltrs capacity including all fittings and brackets bends flush pipe etc., and fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC flooring (unreinforced) not exc 15cm thick (Below or above ground level) and removing debries out side to Dockyard premesis complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour 100mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth portection including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
