Removing rotating assembly from 10 MGD pump by cutting of old nut bolts of upper dome with the help of gas cutter by manual labour.
Repairing shaft sleeves by boring, facing, turning etc. as per requirement.
Repairing of G.M Supporting tapper cone for Impeller & Sleeve as per requirement.
Repairing of G.M Sleeve-Nut made out of G.M casting by machining, boring, facing, turning etc. as per requirement.
Fabrication/supply of G.M Efficiency Ring as per sample.
Fabrication/ Supply of G.M Neck Ring as per Sample.
Making / Supply of check nut for DE & NDE as per sample
Repairing of impeller by re-metalling with welding and machining and balancing on a balancing machine.
Fabrication/supply of gland threaded stud as per sample.
Supply of Neoprene rubber packing sheet
Replacement of bearing no. NU315-E-XL-M1-C3 & bearing No 6315 Make:- skf/FAG as per requirement.
Dismantling the motor from the bed by removing the electric-connection of 500 HP motor and foundation- bolts, coupling bolts etc. Lifting the Electric-motor from the bed by Crane to the safer side in the pump-house.
Dismantling of rotating-assembly by removing the coupling and taking out its sleeve, sleeve-nut, efficiency-ring from the shaft etc. as required.
Assembling of all above spares, fixing of rotating assembly in its original positing, fixing of upper dome of the pump with required rubber packing, nut-bolts, closing of pump complete, fixing of coupling with motor, making electric connection and tightening the same etc as required
Testing & Commissioning on full Load.
