Demolition of Cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in ground floor and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below and above ground level) all as specified and directed.

Taking down old cement plaster any description on brick or stone wall/ceiling etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking donw shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and n exc 2 Sqm each and removal to store complete all as specified & directed.

Taking donw shutters of any description exc 1 Sqm and n exc 2 Sqm each and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern) incl all fittings, shoes, bends, swan neck etc and removal to store.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation board/slabs/blanket, any thickness, including cover fillets.

S&f 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick, plain framed, panelled shutters (any number of panels), with panels of timber flat on both sides (feather edged), or of vennered particle baord medium density, wood particle board with commercial face veneers all as specified and directed.

S&f 30mm thick second class hard wood glazed and skeleton shutters open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc (without sash bars) edges for receiving glass etc size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause 8.24 (a) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, providing cement concrete1:2:4 type B1 as in, coping, benching, bressumers, steps, incl necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick laid over & including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror finished polishing complete all as specified.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required incl cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and bindind with ms wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing over head water storage tanks capacity n exc 300 Ltrs setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and refixing in position including writing letters ("CLEANED ON MM-YY") of 7.5cm height complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to aluminium doors by taking down door shutters and oiling, greesing of floor springs, tightening screws and changing ACP sheets or glass if broken, refixing rubber padding if loose or changing with new if required, and refixing the door in same position complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, using stone aggregate 40mm graded as in foundation for electric poles and making of cable duct including necessary form work where required and fair finish to the exposed surfaces all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of LT PCC/steel tubular pole of any size and description incl coping, foundation etc and shifting to E/M yard.

Supply and erection, in truly vertical position, LT Steel tubular swaged pole complete with cast iron base plate finial taper plug, bolt , nut and screwed type 410 SP 31 09 mtrs long Class -10 including painting of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black and white strips upto 1.5 mtr height from coping over a coat of red oxide primer including numbering of poles as directed by Engineer in charge. Note : PCC, Earth work and MS work as cross arms clamps etc will be measured and paid separately.

Supply, fabricating and fixing in replacement cross arms (any type) supports, bracing, stiffness etc made out of MS channel, angle iron , flat iron of any size including drilling of holes, making clamps, eye hooks, nuts, bolts and washers etc, welding if required including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide paint as well as dismantling of existing all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, drawing and fixing in replacement of continuous GI earth wire/guard/cradles of 4mm dia including GI binding wire 1.63 mm and GI holding hook on HT/LT poles incl taking down old rusted GI wire all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for dismantling of old earthing and providing new earthing with galvanised or steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically ( to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to strip 32x 6 mm size with nuts, bolts , check nuts , washers, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick all around, top & bottom watering pipe 20mm bore of GI medium grade with funnel and wiremesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR -1991 Part I and connecting to earthing test point,main switch board and testing on completion including PCC chamber concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 and RCC cover 75mm thick with MS TMT bar 8mm dia @ 150mm c/c both ways in cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 all as shown in electrical plate in No 5 of SSR(Pt-I)1991 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick, MS sheet, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made out of flat iron 25x3 mm, nuts-bolts, of approved size for LT 20 x 15 cm.

Supply and fixing in repair of PVC LT OH line spacer for 5 wires complete all as specified and directed.

S&f in repair for factory fabricated bus bar chamber water vermin proof of size 600x400x250 mm duly provided with front openable door and PU(Polyurethene + Isocyanides) formed Gaskets with IP-66 protection rubber gasket housed with TPN aluminium bus bar on porcelain insulated with the bus bar size of 350x40x5 mm for phases and neutral incl making connections, cable entry/exit holes with front door locking arrangements and busbar panel shall be pedestal type and provided with four nos of angle iron supports duly embedded in foundation and complete bus bar chamber shall be CRCA type powder coated.

Supply and fixing in repairs of micro prismatic reflective sheet, min 2.5 cm wide, with adhesive base for directly fixing on HT/LT steel tubular/PCC pole without nail or any other fixing material at suitable height, in Red/White/Yellow colour complete all as directed.

M&L for dismantling old sign board & providing glow sign board (box type) LED of required size 1200 X 900 mm made out of MS sheet of suitable size with flex sheet of suitable size with flex sheet fixed on front end quality marked with details of electric substation on front and rear with different colours including provision of LED power fittings & fixtures in equal distance to illuminate board including connections with 2.5 sqmm single core stranded copper conductor cable in conduit and wiring and fixing of MCB with weather proof box with 10 mm size letters as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

S&F in repairs test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia, 25mm long, hex head screw.

Lopping / pruning of tree branches upto the extend to obtain clearance all around the LT over head lines / HT over head lines conductor upto 3 mtr from furthest conductor on pole including removing of cut branches and cleaning of site complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a). The trees branches etc will be left as it is and will not be carried away by the contractor / DEL as the wood belongs to CEO / DEO and they will be responsible to lift the wood. (b). Pruning of all tree branches in one tree shall be measured as one Job. c). Contractor will employ sufficient labour to complete the job with in time as directed. (d). Contractor will be responsible for any type of mis-happening / accident while pruning the trees. (e). Contractor supervisor will take proper shut down from MES installation before starting the work and clear it before resuming power supply . However full assistance will be provided by MES staff. (f). The contractor will provide proper tools and safety devices to his staff for pruning of trees.

Material and Labour in replacement of existing water level indicator of overhead tanks & underground sumps by replacing the defective parts such as MS pully with bearing, steelwire rope of required length, float ball duly painted and graduation board (welding work or changing of sheet as reqd on site) including painting and numbering etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully storage water heater of capacity 25 to 35 ltr, dismantling inner tank & outer tank, pipe assembly, cleaning thoroughly with descaling liquid compound, overhauling complete to ensure, free & consistent flow of water through pipe outlet, rethreading of inlet/outlet pipe 15mm dia, including bronze welding of inner tank (If required), reassembling the same at existing/new place, testing/commissioning after re-installation at site complete all as specified & directed. Note: 1. Replacement of unserviceable parts if required, shall be measured and paid as under supply only separately in relevant items. 2. Note:-1. The defective parts shell be measured and paid in relevant items separately. 2. Unserviceable items retrieved form this item shall be abstracted under sch of credit.
