M & L for Forming embankments including raising earth raising from base, spreading in layers not exceeding 30cm thick, watering, ramming / rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc. complete all as specified and as directed for the following levels (Note: The approved earth/soil to be brought fom out side of the MOD land).

Height not exceeding 1.5m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Height exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 4.5m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Height exceeding 4.5m but not exceeding 6m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone wall etc including racking out joint, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rough cast plaster including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick wall or concrete concrete surfaces in SSR Part - I clause 14.22 complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Rough cast finish shall be done as specified below :- After applying the under coat of cement mortar 1:3 and while it is still in plasic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg (which is generally of size between 6 to 12mm depending on the texture required ) mixed with course sand and cement in the ratio of 1 : 1 : 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger agg are thoroughly covered.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick walls or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 mixed with WPC @ of 3% by wt of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing comound etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer in camouflaging pattern of any shape and to any pattern complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for plain Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in foundations,filling and mass concrete) as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:3:6, type C-2, ( using 20 mm graded aggregates) as in path/pavings/plinth protection etc laid in bays incl finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work bult in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class `B` brick old size in CM 1:4 straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius in drain etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 14.00 here-in-before but except bricks. Note :- Serviceable bricks obtained from Sl No 13 shall be used after proper cleaning.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick Rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and sommoth without using extra cement complete all as specified .

Supply and fixing in repairs, vitreous china urinal , half stall type white with gratings, union for discharge pipe , flush pipe and waste pipe , CP urinal spreader fixed to water supply pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs, vitreous china urinal partition ,white of size 310 x 700mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs coloured, oval type, wash hand basin, size 580x450 mm, white, flat back, (for Hospital use) excluding taps, waste, chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including brackets waste pipe 32mm, coupling etc fixed as in counter slab etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repairs Toilet paper holder, cast copper alloy, chromium plated fixed in position, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pedestal pattern white excluding fixing bolts , flushing cistern and flush pipe complete but including PVC seat cover with aluminium hinges devices & EWC jet chromium plated with 1.00 mtr long PVC connection pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair CP grating of size 125mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair aluminium alloy door closer hydraulically regulated , designation No 2 universal type, suitable for door shutter of 701 to 850mm in width and weight between 36 to 60 Kg and fixed to door frame complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid dry or laid dry and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over 20mm screed bed in CM 1 : 4, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and granite polishing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Chequered/Designer cement concrete tiles 20mm thick,set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with pigment over a screed bed of 15mm thick in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing and removing serviceable tiles to store yard and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick in light/dark shade (square/rectangular) area of each tile n. exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement to match the surface.over screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 29.00 here-in-above above but as in skirting including 10mm thick in CM 1:4 rendering as in backing coat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) jointless area of each tile exceeding 0.06 but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement to match the surface.over screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed designer ceramic tiles 300 x 450 x 7 to 8mm thick on vertical surface as in dado/skirting and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/colour cement to match with the surface over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable RCC/PVC water tank of capacity exc 250 but n. exc 500 ltrs cpacity including supply and fixing new PVC water storage tank of 500 ltrs capacity HDPE double layered , cylindrical type fixed and hoisted in position on roof at any height complete with inlet/outlet of 20mm GI pipe connection including locking arrangement with ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs, 15 mm bore Bib taps, fancy type, cast copper alloy, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs, PVC valveless, syphonic action type, flushing cistern (ISI marked) of 10 litres capacity, low level (white) with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including bracket and flush pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. and removing serviceable materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Point Wiring using approved colour coding as per IS with Zerohalogen flame retardent (ZHFR) smoke free non toxic non corrosive with copper cable 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) single core insulated and unsheathed stranded cable 1100 Volts grade and including (ERW) stove enamelled concealed conduit heavy duty ISI marked complete all as specified and directed for one light point controlled by one way switch and 1.5sqmm copper conductor greeen in color as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Rate of cutting chasing,Pinning in & making good shall be inclusive in quoted in unit rates.

All as per srl item No.39.00 (here-in-before) but with 2.5 Sqmm for power socket point controlled by one switch on independent board and 2.5 Sqmm copper conductor green in colour as earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note: Three runs of 4 Sqmm copper cable and one run of above steel conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

S&F in replacement LED light fitting 2x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Switch flame Proof rotary type with termination box in LM-6 16 A single Pole 240 V complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brazing/welding of copper strip at joint complete all as specified and as directed.

In replacement M&L for Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod, 12 mm dia and 300 mm long incl fixing base plate with insulator complete fixing on the top roof of the hanger complete all as specified and as directed.

In replacement S&F Test point terminal block made of gun metal pr phosphorus bronze, size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed incl 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screw, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 3 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 2.25 mtrs below found level connected to copper earth strip of 20x3 mm by two means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers test points including one end firmly fixed with earth plate by means of nut and bolts and other end of copper strip to test point GI watering pipe, 20mm dia duly plugged shall be projected out at least 20 cms above the ground level incl covering the earth electrode with charcoal dust salt all around not less than 15cm provision of earth pit RCC cover all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I, 2009 etc incl necessary earth and disposal of surplus soil complete and testing all as specified and directed. M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1, (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping etc including form work as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundation, filling & mass concrete including form work as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F end joint kit (in replacement) for 1.1 KV grade suitable for outdoor/indoor type terminal heat shrinkable type joints with jointing material for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 16/25 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Aluminium strip 25x3mm with saddle on and including on FRP insulator fixed on wall/MS sheet or floors incl connecting to lightening arrester/earthing/test point strip should be brazed/welded at each joint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for copper strip 20x3mm with saddles on FRP insulator fixed on wall/MS sheet or floors including connecting to lightening arrester/earthing/test point strip should be brazed/welded at each joint complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of maintenance free tripod earthing system consisting of 3Nos. vertical electrodes and 10m of 25x3mm copper strip interconnected with earth electrode of UL listed tested for 250micron copper bonded low carbon steel core of 3m long, 17.2mm dia buried directly in ground and tapered at the bottom (150-175 dia digging or auguring of earth to the required depth as directed) along with a 20mm dia perforated PVC/GI watering pipe and filled up in bottom with slurry 3kg plain bentonite for moisture and based earth enhancing compound in slurry from 30kg bag 01No and arrangement for connection of copper strip (20x3mm) to rod by means clamp rod to flat clamp of size 25mmx3mm to the electrode tested for minimum 76% IACS, copper earth strip connected by means clamp, provision of polymer chamber with cover, including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil, the rest of the or shall be fitted with well compacted earth and top of the bore shall be finished with 40mm thick PCC in 1:2:4 type B1 over 75mm thick PCC in 1:4:8 and back fill/JAM compound shall be covered with advance polymer pit cover of size 30mmx30mm completed all as specified and as directed.

Notes:- (i) The earthing shall comply to IS 3043, UL 467, BS/EN50164-7 (ii) In the event of failure in achieving the strict and desired earth resistance required, the earthing made shall stand futile / void and shall not be quantified for any payment purpose. (iii) To obtain earth resistance less than 01 Ohm, if a combination two or more earthings are to be inter-connected or the length of the electrodes is/are to be increased it shall be measured and paid as one earthing only (iv) Testing of earth shall be carried out in presence of Departmental rep and requisite test reports shall be submitted (v) Cost of all excavation & earthwork required shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (vi) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of these above laid aspects and criteria

S&F in replacement security light bracket with 40mm bore GI tubing, light grade, cut and bent to shape required, 1.2m long fixed with including bends, flat iron clamp made of FI 40x6mm, nuts, bolts, washers, etc. duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specfied and as directed.

S&F in replacement automatic street light switch using nature switch for automatic switching of street lights, 8kW, single phase, based on LUX level of natural light, infrared sensor based on nature switch along with contactor 40A, MCB SP for input and output 63A, wiring for main load with 3 core 16sqmm copper cable duly fixed to pole/wall, mounted on enclosure made out of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction box of protection class IP 54 fixed at any location complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preventive maintenance of Normal GI/copper earth pit by checking earth resistance value of earth and maintain the record before and after treatment of earth by pouring of Mixture of chemicals like sodium carbonate , magnesium sulphate , common salt, charcoal etc for improving the earth resistance value it also includes any excavation required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preventive maintenance of Chemical earth pit by checking earth resistance value of earth and maintain the record before and after treatment of earth by pouring of chemical compound used in chemical earthing etc for improving the earth resistance value less than 1 ohm it also includes any excavation required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair/Maintenance of any type any size LT panel/feeder piller boxes by opening all incoming and outgoing LT cable connection and reconnecting the LT cable in proper manner by changing all burnt lugs and proper insulation of all nacked cable incl cleaning of panel with blower from inside and removing all grass and bushes around the panel up to 2 mtr distance incl Painting of panel with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of grey colour, welding work for repair of broken hinges, doors, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for digging of cable loop of LT XPLE cable of any size with all necessary excavation and return filling and replacing the end joint / straight through joint kit in replacement for 1.1kV grade with provision of jointing material for 3.5 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of any size complete all as specified and as directed Note: End/straight through joint will be measured and paid seperately under respective items herein. All other requistes shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

M&L in replacement for provn of identifier legend of GI plate mounted on 25mm dia GI pipe of 0.9 mtr length incl cutting to exact shape/size as per Air HQ office letter No. Air HQ/72106/17/DES (crood) dt 31 Dec 2015. Welding,marking necessary painting and writing the date, type of earth pit and resistance value etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement rectangular type earth pit cover made out of heavy duty cast iron of size 12"x12" with MS frame of suitable size incl all necessary masonry work for fixing of earth pit cover incl replacement of wire mesh( jali) ,funnel including painting of plain PCC earthing pits surface by preparing new untreated surface,applying priming paints of followed by two coats synthetic enamelled paint all as directed by EIC.
