Amount

Excavating trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out excavated soil for foundation of poles & laying of under ground electric cable complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread River Sand for cushioning and covering of underground cables in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be considered for measurement and paid only.

Supply and laying in replacement of unreinforced precast concreate cable cover, class, LV,Type I as per IS -5820 with flat size 250X150X40 mm laid in trenches over under ground cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable in trenches/passing through pipes/fixed on walls or poles, XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric cable (heavy duty )with stranded aluminium conductors, 1100 volts grade of size 300 Sqmm 3.5 Core complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Metre deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level connected with and including galvanised wire of size 4 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe 20 mm bore (medium grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C both ways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 5 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of MCCB, TPN, 200Amps, 50KA, 415V, with enclosures complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for straight through heat shrinkable type joint with jointing material and all connected accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable 1100 volts grade of size 3.5 core, 300 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of offload Change over switch 200Amps, 4 pole, 415 V Ac, 50Hz complete all as directed.

Supply & Fixing 100 mm bore GI Pipe, medium grade, in trenches,fixed on wall/Poles, under road crossing for protection of LT cables (GI protection pipe should be fixed with suitable size of clamps, nuts bolts) etc, complete all as specified and directed

Supply & Fix in replacement of Decorative LED Post Top fixture E27 base cap, glass diffuser, black colour, having IP 43 protection, 1.6 metre long, die cast aluminium pole complete with base plate and GI foundation bolts and nuts including earth work and PCC foundation compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix in replacement Post Top lamp LED with moonlight effect and efficient light distribution, having rated IP 65 protection, 3 metre long, die cast aluminium pole complete with base plate and GI foundation bolts and nuts including earth work and PCC foundation compete all as specified.

Supply & Fix in replacement Post Top lamp with decorative LED (3000K) fixture E27 base cap, glass diffuser, black colour, having IP43 protection, aluminium die casting without pole complete with base plate, bolts and nuts including compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix in replacement Decorative Bollard LED light, having IP-54 protection, 0.8 metre long, die cast aluminium housing, opal white PC diffuser in built LED complete with base plate and GI foundation bolts and nuts including earth work and PCC foundation compete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out excavated soil/sand/unserviceable LT Cable for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for common burnt clay building bricks sub-class 'B' designation of size 230X115X75mm laid in trenches over under ground cables complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches/fixed on walls/poles GI tubing medium grade with all fittings of 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying UG cable XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, armoured, aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volt grade 2 core 10 Sqmm in trenches /duct/floor/wall with provision of saddle and lugs, joints etc including connection and taking down old cable complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting existing concrete/metal/ bituminous road/PCC hard standing or tile walk way any type n.exc 45 cm width and n.exc 30 cm in depth in hard strata and making good disturbed surfaces, as per the existing with PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 150 mm thick over returning filling, watering, ramming in layers, disposal of surplus material to a distance n.exc 50 m, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix junction box made of glass fiber reinforced and transparent poly carbonate of size 126x 228x 111mm, KVPC8104 with IP 66 protection including cable connector and suitable size clamps fixing for pole/in PCC foundation including taking down old unserviceable fitting complete all as specified and as directed.

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
