M & L for brickwork with old sized sub-class ‘B’ burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on brick wall fair/other than fair surfaces finished even & smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick cement plastering in CM (1:4) on brick walls finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing the new surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash on complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends , in stirrups and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia. or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40mm thick damp proof course in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) to horizontal or vertical surfaces including necessary formwork and using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

S & F of pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI base corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick trapezoidal pattern of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws/L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non-skid ceramic coloured floor tiles exc 0.11sqm but not exc 0.18sqm including bedded and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with pigment to match the shade of tile over 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured wall tiles 450X300mm/300x200mm and 7mm thick including bedded and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement with pigment to match the shade of tile over 10 mm thick rendering in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs. The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides. M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing to existing door frames 30 mm thick Glass Fibre Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panelled door shutter of required colour and approved brand and manufacture, made with fire - retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate for forming hollow rails and styles, with wooden frame and suitable blocks of seasoned wood inside at required places for fixing of fittings, cast monolithically with 5 mm thick FRP laminate for panels conforming to IS: 14856, including fixing to frames, complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

S & F of solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing all as specified or as directed.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width strucks inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either to side and as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supply and fixing in the frame at site as specified of drawing.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rubber moulded coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, bedded over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM(1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete type-C1 (1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate as in path, plinth protection finished surface even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering in CM 1:4 on walls 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work with water proofing compound finished the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seprately)

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m deep below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in earth plate No 3 of MES schedule 2009 part – I connected to earthing test point including earth continuity conductor and loop earthing etc. as required 4 mm dia galvanized iron or steel wire including necessary excavation and earth work, concrete pit & chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 & pit cover 75mm thck in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 duly reinforced with 8mm dia bar @ 150 c/c both ways including with lifting handle and Earth lead and GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point /main switch board and 20mm bore GI watering pipe medium grade etc complete all as specified and directed.
