The rates shall be inclusive of the cost of the curtain cloth, Lining cloth, stitching, Hanging arrangement( Stainless steel SS grade 304, curtain rod 25 mm dia 1.20mm thick, and ss 304 brackets ) , and necessary brackets, Fixing of the curtain, dismantling and stacking of the old curtains and fixtures, including making good the damage to window/wall in removal of the old fixtures. The quoted rates shall include cost of all material, labour, Taxes and overheads. Nothing extra shall be paid and the contractor shall be liable to incur all the expenses required in satisfactory completion of the work. for doors

Providing and fixing ventilator ( 58 x 75 Cm) with aluminium sections of suitable size, including glazed shutter with aluminium frames, glass of 4mm thick including using necessary fittings cleat angles, tower bolts, hook and eyes hinges ect. including dismantling of existing wooden frames and shutters Complete and fixing of available grills in the new aluminium ventilator.

Repair works of the door,windows, furnitures providing new fittings to the door including removing and finish with new chafri damaged glasses of the shutter etc as per directions of the engineer (Labour charge for carpenters)

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of required size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge. (Note: stainless steel butt hinges and 30 mm thick 2 necessary S.S screws shall be paid separately)

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC extruded sections having an overall dimension as below (tolerance ±1 mm), with wall thickness 2.0mm (±0.2 mm), corners of the door frame to be jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitred and plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 x 19 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.Extruded section profile size 42x50 mm

Providing and fixing to existing door frames.24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of size 100x24 mm and 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) wall thickness,fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanised M.S. 'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm, having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanised M.S. rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge( For W.C. and bathroom door shutter).
