Requireda) The Bidder shall pay the EMD for an amount of Rs.7,025/-Incase of exemption submission of valid document as applicable like PEMD/MSME(accepted only activity as services in MSME for the work)/SC/ST/Societies or individual firms.

Requiredb) The Bidder shall have valid EPF, ESI/GI, GST registration and shall enclose the documentary evidence. Registration under process shall not be acceptable

Requiredc) The Bidder shall upload PAN and latest IT returns

Requiredd) The Bidder should have valid Contractor/firm registration certificate issued by the State/ Central Govt, State or Central PSU etc and shall enclose the documentary evidence. Registration under process shall not be acceptable.

Requirede) The Bidder should posses valid labour license issued by Government of Telangana or any State Government of India, and shall enclose the documentary evidence. Registration under process shall not be acceptable

Requiredf) The contractor must have experience in the similar nature of work in 250MW Units or more capacity thermal power station of State / Central Govt. Organizations / PSU in India.

Requiredg) The Bidder shall upload signed bidding document duly filling all the details including Annexure ? I (GST) & Annexure ? II (Undertaking) & Annexure-III in the format given in tender document

OptionalResponsibility for correctness of the information submitted in the online bid lies with the bidder. If any information furnished in the bid is proved to be false at a later date or if the bidder uploads the blank documents in the e-procurement portal, the bid will not only be rejected but also the bidder will be BLACKLISTED for a period of three years duly forfeiting the EMD paid by the bidder
